Chapter 5 - January

Chapter 5 – five months

Five months today the future couple were at the sonogram looking at their baby doing all types of somersaults which makes them both laugh. "now are you sure you don't want to know the gender because this is your last scan since this child is all healthy and extremely happy" the doctor said looking at the baby on the screen and then gazed his eyes at the two looking at the screen also.

"We are thinking of having a gender reveal and baby shower...I think we are having a boy" Kyoka says but Katsuki rolls his eyes.

"look at that baby Kyoka, it's a girl!" he said making the doctor laugh.

"alright Katsuki we'll have a deal, I will look at the gender, and then you can have to wait until the gender reveal because I'm not fussed what the baby is"

"I'm not fussed I just have that gut feeling it's a girl," he said which makes Kyoka laugh. "all alright though deal, I can wait till then," he said crossing his arms.

The doctor walked over to the mother-to-be with the gender which causes her to burst out crying happily. The father-to-be started to get suspicious. "I'm so happy, that's all don't be so scared," she said to him which makes Katsuki think it's a boy now. But then Kyoka said she wasn't fussed about the gender. "still willing to wait a month?" Kyoka asked.

"Sure...it's only a month away," Katsuki said.

They head back to the school with the pictures. All the girls were buying decorations for the gender reveal next month which makes the future parents get excited. They decided that the friends will be in charge of the gender reveal and Katsuki's parents will be involved with the baby shower.

They walked into the lounge to see everyone coming up with games and ideas for the reveal. "so what is it?" the guys ask trying to trick the couple into saying the gender.

"I know what it is but Katsuki doesn't. he wanted to wait till the day of the reveal" Kyoka explained which made the girls giggle. Everyone gets excited as there are only four months left to go.

A week passes by and Katsuki starts to grow impatient since he is dying to know the gender already. He tells the guys that he thinks it's a boy now because Kyoka started crying happily who thought it was also a boy. "it might not be, she's a mother full of hormones, they cry at whatever they know" Todoroki said which gets everyone confused. "oh come on, my sister had a baby, when she found out the gender she just cried even though she wanted a girl, she got a boy and cried happily, is what I meant" Shoto added making everyone laugh.

"can we see it again!?" Deku cheered making Katsuki chuckle. He never thought Izuku would be this excited over a kid. Bakugo takes his wallet out of his training uniform to show the guys the picture. Deep down he thought they were possessed by the girls as they took the wallet fawning over the baby excited to find out the gender and when the baby gets here. "are you excited no matter what the gender is?" the green-haired friend asked.

Bakugo had the look of fear which Izuku could clock on so he gave the photo to the other guys to distract them from a conversation brewing between them. "please don't tell anyone or I'll kill you" he said making his freckled friend chuckle. "I'm terrified, I was excited but now I'm just getting scared, don't get me wrong I love everything about this but it's scary"

"Kacchan, it's fine to be scared, it's normal to have those feelings. I remember my mom telling me how scary it was after my dad left, she was all alone and had no one to help her but she managed. You have Kyoka whether you are together or not, you are not alone because you also have your parents and us. Just think, when that baby is born, I know for a fact our going to be an awesome father and boy is that kid gonna love you"

Katsuki felt so much calmer after Izuku's private speech. For the first time in ever, Katsuki pulled his green-haired friend into a hug. Izuku knew it was very much needed since he could feel the stress the ash-blonde held inside him. "thank you" he whispered.

"it's okay"

Late that following night, Katsuki looked at the picture resting in his wallet with the lamp shining onto it. he smiled softly wondering what the baby was. Deep down he didn't care, he just wanted to see what it looked like, cuddle it and be a father to it. despite his insecurities of being a father, he couldn't wait for the challenge of being one.

Just before he went to go to bed, Katsuki got a phone call from Kyoka. The moment he answered, he could hear her crying in pain. He didn't say anything but instead ran over to the female side of the dorms. He opened the door to see Kyoka wandering around with her bigger bump crying. "hey what's wrong?" he asked holding her close wiping the tears off her face.

"my back just really hurts" she cried

Katsuki hushes her gently laying her down on the side. He decided to lay down beside her so that he could massage wherever the pain in her back was coming from. The future mother loved the feeling of his hands massaging the pained areas of her back as it released so much pressure. She moaned softly which made Katsuki remember the moans she gave him the day they conceived their kid turning him on a lot. He refuses to let his horniness take over him but he carries on massaging her backbiting his bottom lip trying to control himself.

When Kyoka started to feel a lot better, she lays on her back next to Katsuki who also decided to lay on his back. "are you okay?" she asks softly turning her head to look deep into his eyes.

"just scared I won't be good enough" he worried-looking down at the bump.

Kyoka lifted his head so his eyes could look deep into hers "stop worrying, it's normal. I'm scared too...I don't have to worry you'll leave me will you?"

"I promise I won't be a deadbeat," Katsuki said stroking a tear-off Kyoka's cheek. "can I ask a question?" he randomly asked.

"sure thing"

"can your quirk allow you to hear the baby, I've been wondering for months now?" he asked which made Kyoka giggle.

"I can hear their heartbeat, I can tell you're their favourite though" she jokes making Katsuki cock an eyebrow up with confusion. "their heartbeat is slightly faster due to kicking every time your around or talking should I say"

Katuski gave out a smile as he put his hands on the bump feeling his son or daughter kicking him. Causing the angry blonde to chuckle. Jiro starts to fall asleep but Katsuki holds the bump lightly not wanting to leave. "no matter what you are, I will love you so much...don't tell mommy that though. There are going to be times when I'm loud but it's not because I'm always angry, I'm just a loud guy...I can't wait to meet you but I have to go to bed and let your mother sleep also" he whispered to the bump whilst Kyoka was heavily asleep at this point.

The angry blonde pecked his lips on the bump and then studied onto Kyoka's face for a few moments before gently putting hi slips onto hers as if she was a Disney princess needed to be woken up but thankfully she didn't open her eyes, instead she just stretched her arms and turned to the side of the wall.

Katsuki then headed to his dorm room to sleep as he had a long day of training in the morning.
