"MERRY CHRISTMAS!" Jungkook bellowed, screaming into Serina's ear. She pushed him away and pulled the sheets over her head. She squinted at the digital clock.
5.00 a.m in the morning. The freaking crack of dawn.
As she looked around, she could still see a tender light of the moon slipping through the gap between the curtain and the window.
"WAKE UP SLEEPYHEAD!" Jungkook continued to shout in her ear, pulling the bedsheet to the floor. He continued to jump up and down on the bed, trying to make Serina wake up. She stayed quiet for a while, keeping her jaw clenched. Jungkook still continued to shout and tried to make her wake up.
"I WILL IF YOU SHUT YOU AND YOURSELF UP, JEON JUNGKOOK!!" Serina burst out, pushing Jungkook. He slipped and fell down on the floor with a loud shout. But he just stood back up, resting his chin on the bed beside Serina.
"It's Christmas, Lizzie. You don't oversleep." He said with an elegant smile. "Now, come on. Let's get dressed and go out." He kissed her on the forehead and got up, leaving Serina to squirm around in her bed for a while before getting up herself.
The sky was a vintage shade of blue, covered in clouds here and there. The snow falling soundlessly to the floor showered the streets once again since the cleaners had tried to clean up the fluff. Listening to the stereo of the Christmas songs blasting through the crowded city, Jungkook and Serina walked pass the bustling streets, hand in hand.
"Have any good ideas?" Serina looked around at Jungkook, adjusting her bucket hat as she did. Jungkook shook his head, tightening his grip on her hand as the crowd started to get thicker and thicker.
"Maybe the forest? I dunno," He muttered.
Serina groaned. "All the hundred places in Canada, I'm not going to that damn forest. I've had enough of it for the past hundred years."
"Fine, then I have another idea," Jungkook said with a slight smirk. Stopping next to the colour light, he looked at Serina in the eye.
"Wha—" She tried to say, but Jungkook kissed her, making her not finish her sentence.
"You're going to introduce me to your mother as your—"
But Serina's ears deafened at what he said. "Boyfriend! No! It's—it's embarrassing!"
