Tears are like the rain

Pouring down on me

I could hear Jesus say

Those were my tears

flowing down for you

cleansing you

from everything that is wrong

Looking up to the sky and

it starts to pour

and I can hear Jesus say

Those were my tears flowing

from heaven they were for you

Trying to taste the Love

And I can see the Tears

like the rain

Oh Jesus why were those tears yours

and I can hear Jesus say

Because I love you and I'm sad

also because you turned your back

on me

BE washed by my tears and Blood

and be clean and white as snow

Tears are like the rain

pouring down on me

Cleansing me from all wrong

Jesus please don't Cry
