It's been one month since Sumo slipped into a coma, and there was not one day when Shravan wasn't at the Tiwari Killa.
After spending a week sitting outside Sumo's door, Nanu had managed to convince him to go back to work. However, Shravan refused to go back home in the evening. Ramnath was furious but he couldn't do a single thing to change Shravan's decision.
For a month, Shravan would go the Malhotra & Associates during the daytime. He fought cases but dryly. He didn't care a bit about his victories and he talked to no one. Even Pushkar was in shock seeing Shravan like this. He knew all along that Shravan and Sumo had something more then a friendship, but now it was too late.
Pushkar himself would go to the Tiwari Killa daily, sitting by Sumo's side for hours, in hopes to get her to wake up. But he got no reaction. She laid there lifeless.
Every evening, as soon as Shravan was done with work, he would rush over to the Tiwari Killa. However, no matter how much everyone convinced him, he refused to go inside Sumo's room. All he would was sit outside her room in the floor, all night long.
Every morning he would wake up and head off to the Malhotra Mansion and take a shower, get ready, and go to work, only to come back to Sumo.
Ramnath was beyond angry now, and he couldn't see Shravan slipping away like this. He had to make a move or he would ruin Shravan's life like this. How long would he sit outside her room. How long would he mourn for her. Ramnath needed to get him away, and he knew the perfect way to without getting on Shravan's bad side.
It was a lovely Monday afternoon, Shravan was at work and the Tiwari's were home. Ramnath decided to pay a visit and get his plan to separate Shravan and Suman, initiated.
Ramnath: (entering the house) Good afternoon, Tiwari Ji, Munjuji, Sameerji.
Mamiji: Ramnath Bhaishab, please come in, have a seat.
Ramnath: (sitting down) How is Suman? Any signs of improvement??
Nanu: (with a sad face) No, none. I don't know what to do, how to make her awaken. This is all my fault and I can't help but feel responsible for Suman's condition.
Mamiji: She was such a hard working girl and seeing her like this is so hurtful. (Looking down)
Ramnath: I know. She was such a hardworking girl. I still can't believe all of this stuff happened to her.
Mamaji: How is Shravan holding up? He doesn't say a word to any of us here. He doesn't even go sleep in the bedroom. He sleeps on the ground every night. How can we say anything to him?
Ramnath: Actually that is why I am here today.
Nanu: What do you mean?
Ramnath: Look TiwariJi, Shravan and Suman were best friends so I understand that Shravan is deeply affected by all of this. But how long will Shravan sit here for? He had his own life to live. He doesn't listen to me and anyone else. There is only one person that he listen to and that's you TiwariJi.
Nanu: I understand your point too. I can't see Shravan's condition either.
Ramnath: You are the only person that can help him move on. Please tell him not to come here anymore.
Mamiji: (shocked) Bhaishab, how can we tell him that? He is your son, we can't just kick him out.
Ramnath: I know, but you will have to. For his wellbeing you need to do this.
Nanu: But------
Ramnath: Please TiwariJi, just tell him he can't stay here anymore. Manju Ji, please just make some excuse saying you can't have him here anymore.
