Arthur and I walk up to my room.
"So. Are you still dating Cameron?" Arthur asks me.
"No. He heard a rumor and dumped me."
"He didn't deserve you anyways."
"Awe thanks. Are you still dating Shannon?"
"No. She drew too much attention to herself and always texted me inappropriate stuff."
"Oh. What do you want to do?"
"Do you have any gaming systems?"
"Yea. I have an xbox. Wanna play?"
"Sure. What game?"
"Call of duty?"
"Heck yea. I could beat you in my sleep."
"We'll see about that!"
I race him to the game room and put the disc in. I have all the games but I put in Advanced Warfare. Most people think I'm a girly girl but I'm really not. Arthur grabs a controller for me and him and sits down on the floor next to me.
He looks at me.
"Did I ever tell you that you're really pretty. No not pretty. Beautiful." He says moving closer to me.
"I....um......I..uh...I don't think so." I stutter while blushing.
"Well now I have. You're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen!"
"You really think so?"
"Hell yea!"
"Thanks."
He leans in to kiss me. I don't know what to do so I kiss back.
"Well we should probably start our game."
"Yea." He says smiling at me.
I smile back as I hit the start button. We play for about an hour until my phone rings.
"One second."
I reach for my phone.
"Unknown number? Should I answer?"
"Yea. It might be important." He says leaning in to listen.
