Chapter 1

Niall’s P.O.V

“Niall, wake up for school”. Mum shouted. “I’m coming!” I said as I was still rubbing my eyes. I went into the shower turning it hot. I didn’t want to go to school and see Zayn and his gang. Zayn’s gang consisted of Harry Styles and Liam Payne. Harry and Liam would always physically bully me (punching and kicking) and Zayn would emotionally bully me. He would say names but he has never laid a finger on me, which is what makes me hate him even more. I can always see it in his eyes that he never wants to do this. But I will get to see my only friend that I have ever had which is Louis Tomlinson. He knows everything about me and has always been there for me and he is openly gay and so am I. It is the only reason me and him get bullied. He sometimes comes over and has a cry and I support him and sometimes he would do the same to me. He has a crush on Harry Styles and I have a crush on Zayn Malik. It’s weird having a crush on your bully, but I can’t help it. As I finished my shower, I got and got dressed wearing a blue t-shirt, jeans and black vans. I went downstairs and had breakfast while my mum was listening to the news on the radio. I said bye to my mum and started walking to Louis’ house. As I arrived he came out of his house looking cheerful. “Hey Ni, How are you today?” He said cheerfully “I’m good and you? By the way why are you so cheerful?” I said. “I’m good and I don’t know why I am happy today!” He said. “Are you excited for the London field trip? I’m going to vote to be with you” I said. “So am I. I am very excited!!” He said.

When we reached the school, we saw Zayn staring at us with his gang and smirking. I wonder what they were smirking about. I whispered in Louis’ ear why are they smirking at us and he said “I don’t know. I just don’t understand them.” Louis and I quickly walked up to the classroom to avoid trouble from the bad people in school. I and Louis arrived in the empty classroom and we just sat there waiting for the bell. The students and the teacher came. Then Zayn and his gang came in and Zayn just said his usual morning ‘joke’. “Good morning faggies, did you two break the wake up the neighbours last night from your lovemaking?” Everyone started laughing. The teacher yelled at Zayn and said she will tell the principal. So she sent an email to the principal. The teacher called out the roll and after she was done the bell rang.

As me and Louis were heading down to history, I heard the P.A bell ring. “Will Zayn Malik and Niall Horan, come to the principal’s office immediately. Thank you” The voice said. Zayn and I arrived at the door of the principal at the same time. I knocked on the door while Zayn just glared at me. The principal opened the door and told us to come in and sit down. Zayn kept glaring at me and I was very scared...
