"Let's go team" my dad said bringing us into a huddle on the ice "quack , quack quack" we all started chanting "GOOOOO DUCKS" we lofted our hands the starters were Jesse, Charlie, banks, Connie, Avermen and Goldberg. "Let's goooo" I bang my stick on the side of the bench. We're playing the cardinals in the playoff semi final we win we go to the championship. Adam was at the net open and no one was passing. "TO BANKS" I yell to Charlie he has the puck. "Pass time banks" dad yells out. Charlie passes to Adam and he scores giving us the lead 1-0 "about time" I roll my eyes. "Jesse listen" I walk up to the boy "save it cake eater" he sighs. "Jesse listen if banks is open pass it what about Guys house we had fun" I said angrily. "Alex" Fulton grabbed my hand but k pulled it back "I have never NEVER done anything to you so unless you want me to check you so hard at break something man up grow a pair and stop being a dick and start being a duck" I spat at him. Then Fulton grabbed my arm and pulled me beside him. "Ugh" I grumble as the cardinals score. "You standing up for yourself is kinda cute" Fulton whispers to me making me smile. Then I see Karp get a puck to the head and we all rush onto the ice as he drops like a ton of bricks. Guy grabs his helmet "coach" the helmet had a giant dent in the middle. "Let's get you off the ice" I help my dad get karp to the bench Charlie help him. "Ok golderbg your out this time" he pulls out goalie when we're tied the hell. "Dad we're tied" I motion to the scoreboard. "Fulton your our extra man here's the plan" he starts explaining how this is going to work. Once he finishes its me Guy Connie Fulton and Charlie on the ice. Charlie gets the face off passing yo me "to fulton" my dad yells k pass it to him and skate out of the way. He winds up like he's going to shoot and all the cardinals duck away including the goalie giving Connie the opportunity to sweep it away pass to Guy and before the goalie realizes Guy puts the puck in the net with 2 seconds left in the game." WE WON WE MADE IT!" I scream hugging Fulton. "Yes yes yes" I skate to my dad giving him a hug, we're in the playoffs.
