Harry dashed up to the Gryfendor common room where he knew Ron and Hermonie would be. His mind was racing, had he just offered to help one of his worst enemies at Hogwarts? The part of him that hated Malfoy wanted to believe he was just faking, but Harry knew that there was nothing false in Malfoy's terrified expression. Mechanically he gave the Fat Lady the password and steped through the portrait hole.

"Where have you been Harry?" Hermonie asked in a frustrated tone.

Harry sighed, how was he going to explain this to them, "I need to talk to you both about something."

Hemonine nodded and sat down looking worried.

"What would you say if there was a student in desperate need of help and we were the only ones who could help them?" Harry asked slowly.

Harmonie rolled her eyes slightly, "We would help them of course."

"What if it was Draco Malfoy?" Harry asked quietly.

Ron jumped up, "Absolutely not!"

"What's the full story, Harry?" Harmonie asked reasonably.

Harry sighed again, "He was bitten by Grayback and now he's a werewolf. I caught him trying to sneak into Snape's potion store to get a pain potion because he's terrified that if Dumbledore finds out he will be expelled." Harry paused, "He's terrified, and we are the only ones who can help.'

Harmonie nodded, "Then we help," she said firmly, "It doesn't matter if he's our enemy."

Ron nodded reluctantly, "Yes we should help."

"We should probably try to go talk to him and make our plans," Harry said calmly.
