Chapter 3 (part 1)

Luci's P.O.V

"Hey Jim uhhhhh do you mind showing me around Y'know since I'm new here and all" I nervously chuckled. "Huh? Oh! Yeah of course, I would love to!" He smiled. You shot him a quick smile and started following him into the school.

Authors P.o.V

Luci had followed behind Jim as he lead her throughout the school, showing her classes and where the locker rooms are and stuff. "Wait so let me get this straight, the gym teacher makes you climb up that rope and hit the bell and if you don't, he Scolds you?" Luci asked as Jim was telling her a story about a time when his friend, Toby, couldn't climb and Coach Lawrence had Scolded him for not being able too. "Yeahhhh basically" Jim Nervously chuckles and rubs the back of his neck Awkwardly.

"Jeez he sounds really mean" She said. "Yeah he kinda is but he can be nice......sometimes...." Jim chuckled again. "Are all the teachers here as mean as him or is it just him?" She asked asked as the both of them walked over to the bleachers since school started in 30 minutes. "Senor Uhl is pretty mean too" Jim says. "And what class does he teach?" Luci asked as she got out a snack from her backpack. "He teaches Spanish" he replied. "Oooooh- that suck, I feel kinda bad, I don't actually have that class, I have Theater class instead" Luci internally winced.

(This is the part where I'm not gonna give to shits anymore and start getting kinda lazy so instead of using She/Her/Luci I'm gonna use you and some other stuff Kay? Kewl)

Luci P.o.V

"Hey didn't you mention someone named Toby earlier?" I asked. "Huh? Oh yeah! Why do you ask?" Asked Jim. "Don't you think he'd be looking for you cause, you know, you guys are friends?" The reaction Jim made was all I needed to know that I had a point. "Right! Shoot, uh sorry Luci! I gotta go! Talk you later maybe?" He nervously chuckled as he quickly put his backpack over his shoulder and started sprinting towards the gym door. "Talk to you later!" I giggled as I waved at him and watched him rush out of the door. I sighed and relaxed into the bleachers. 'What a nice guy.....' I thought. My thoughts were interrupted when I hear the gym door open once more. I look up to see.......3 girls walk in giggling?

Soon they looked up from one of the girls phones and made eye contact with me. The 4 of us just stared at each other not knowing what to do. I wanted to break the awkward silence but the girl with dark skin beat me to it. "Uh hi?" Said the girl with dark skin and an Afro. She was wearing a green shirt with shorts and a belt. "Ummmm hi? Heh" I replied, waving at them awkwardly. "Your new here aren't you? I've never seen you around here before" said the girl with long black hair. "Uh yeah I am actually, names Lucifer but you can call me Luci" I smiled.

"I'm Mary, this is Claire, and that's Darci" the 2 girls behind Mary smiled and waved at me. "It's nice to meet you guys! Say if you don't mind me asking....what were you guys laughing at earlier?" The three girls looked at each other before bursting out into laughter. "Oh my god! Let me show you the video!" Said Mary as she showed me a video on her phone. In the video, there was a tall guy with dirty blond hair and a blue shirt with tan pants and I front of him was someone kneeling down infront of him? I looked closer at the boy kneeling in front of the tall boy and recognized the dark blue jacket and jet black hair. Soon the boys face was more noticeable and I was correct, it was Jim.

I didn't notice the rest that happened because I was so focused on Jim. 'Why would he kneel for such a jerk like that guy?' I thought. But soon the video showed Jim punching the blond haired kid and one of his teeth falling out. I started to giggle at the sight of the blond kids face as he tried to put his tooth back in. "Jeez, when did this happen?" I asked as I finally calmed down. "Oh it happened like yesterday in the morning" said Darci. Before I could say anything the bell rang meaning it was time to head to your classes.

"Hey what class do you have first?" Asked Claire if I remember correctly. "Oh! I have......Math first" I replied. "I have Math first too! I'll help you find your class if you wanna" said Mary. "Sure, I'd like that" I picked up by backpack and put it over my shoulder. I started following Mary out while Claire and Darci went to their classes. "So what school did you used to go to?" She asked as she was typing something on her phone. "Oh actually this is my first in a real school, I've been homeschooled my whole life" I noticed her stop walking and slowly turn her head back to look at me.

"You mean YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A REAL SCHOOL BEFORE!?" She yelled catching everyone's attention. Soon everyone started whispering and muttering to each other as they all looked at me. I gulped nervously as I smiled and nervously waved at everyone. I grabbed Mary's wrist and dragged her away from the crowd. I dragged her into a random classroom and closed the door. "Way to embarrass me in front of everyone Mary!" I whisper yelled. "Jeez relax girlfriend, I didn't mean too" she playfully rolled her eyes at me before giggling.

Soon I started giggling along with her, and then we both became a fit of laughter. "Okay, okay, I will admit, it was kinda funny" I laughed. "Yeah that totally was" Mary agreed. Our laughter soon died down and we finally took a notice of what classroom we were in. "Uhhhh what class is this?" I asked Mary as I looked around at the decorations. "Hey! Would you look at that! You actually brought us to the right class!" She giggled. "Wait so this is the math class?" She nodded as I looked at all the desks. "So do we just sit wherever or do we have a specific spot we need to sit in?" I asked.

"Welllll not really, you have an assigned seat your supposed to sit in" she sat in one of the desks which I presumed was hers. "Where do you think I will sit?" "Don't know probably in the back since usually no one sits there" she got her phone out once again and once again started typing something on her phone. "Where do you think everyone is?" She looked around and also took notice that we were the only ones in the classroom. "Huh, that's weird.......we are the first ones here, plus it's been 5 minutes since we got in here, usually more students would be here by now, actually Mrs. Janeth should also be here by now?" We both looked out of the classrooms door and noticed that the halls were empty.......it looked like a ghost town.
