Eric's Perspective
After Labib helped me off the ground and I showed him my quirk, we went along with organizing and unpacking some of the boxes stacked around in the room. There were a ton of them, but the actual bedrooms inside the dorm were a decent size, so there was just enough room to put everything.
"Y'know, you have a lot of stuff. How did you even manage to pack all this? There's a million boxes in here!" Labib called to me from my room, where I'd asked him to put my second box of pillows. Which yes, is completely normal for a sixteen year-old guy to have.
"Oh come on, it's not that much!" I yelled back to him, "My mom just had to make sure I have a lot of bandages and alcohol and stuff like that. She knows what a klutz I am. I also have a lot of pillows." I explained as I put the box in my hands on the couch. And I swear, I could hear Labib roll his eyes when I said that.
"You're telling me that most of this is bandages, rubbing alcohol, and pillows? Wow Eric, you are so lucky we're getting along right now."
"What? I need them!" I tried to reason with him, even though I already knew Labib wasn't going to agree with me.
But I do actually need a lot of pillows. My quirk causes soreness in my legs, migraines, and I'm always finding a way to hurt myself. The only way for me to sleep comfortably is shirtless, on top of a mountain of pillows and blankets, and without my bandages, unless the injury is recent. That's also why my mom packed what was probably a hospital's worth of bandages and rubbing alcohol.
"Anyway," He asked as I walked into the room, "you said you wanted me to put this with your other two pillow boxes, right?"
I gave him a nod. "Mhm, but I'll sort 'em out later. After all that unpacking I'm pretty beat, we should take a break." I suggested, bringing my hand up to wipe the sweat off my forehead. By now we'd been unpacking for about two hours, and I could tell Labib wanted to take a break too. I mean, he better. If not I'll have to drag him to the courtyard or something!
Luckily, he nodded as he put down my pillow box. "Hell yeah. How 'bout we head down to that courtyard place? Y'know, the one that those headteachers said all years could go to?" He asked as he also wiped his sweat away. Like I said, we'd been unpacking for almost two hours, so there was quite a bit. San Francisco was also cooler than LA, so we'd be way less hot outside. I was down.
"Eh, sure. Why not?" I agreed as I peeled off my gloves, undid my tie, and put my jet black sunglasses on my (unmade) bed. "But I wanna change first, another hour in this uniform and I might go crazy."
Labib looked down at his own uniform. He looked like he was really considering it for a couple seconds before looking back up. "Agreed, man. We should totally change." He said.
Without another word, he stepped out of my room, slipping off his own gloves and tie. I shut the door behind him, (because of course he had to leave it open) and started to quickly change out of my uniform.

Tori's Perspective
"Ay, Mami, Papi, you can stop worrying about me now." I attempted to convince my parents through my phone, "This school has gates and sensors everywhere, it's like, the safest school ever! I'll be fine."
