Ravens POV (again :P )
When I pulled into the lot it was mostly full and my car wasn't the fanciest of them all I mean I got it from Mags the Mechanic. I'm not saying it's bad but it's in rough shape now from when it got stuck in the icky seaweed stuff. I cleaned it up and repainted it so it looked okay. I got out of the car and went through the circle door. There was a black haired girl at the desk that looked very impatient.
"Um excuse me il here for-"
"Newton yes I know you come here every single day. She sort of glared at me which I didn't understand but walked on to the waiting room anyways shrugging it off.
The waiting room was anything but crowded. The only other person waiting there was Larry Davinci.
"Hi Larry what's up?"
"I-I'm afraid I've ruined my newspapers and I need them to get replaced yes. Dear Victoria broke up with me..."
"I'm sorry. Hey have you-"
"Larry?" A nurse came out with a silver pen, which she was clicking over and over again. Larry got up and followed her behind the royal blue curtains. I turned to the small television and grabbed the remote on the small table. I clicked a couple numbers then eventually got to the news. It said, "more 'murders' are happening because there is someone with a huge truck hurting people, and police have investigated and are still looking for the person in the truck." I instantly thought of big toggle and hoe much she wanted to be a police woman when I heard a man call my name. I followed him to Newtons room and sat beside Newton. I just felt better having him there. I held his hand tightly and pressed my forehead against the back of his hand in an attempt to hold back tears. Would he ever get better?
About an hour later I was still sitting there sobbing like an idiot when the man came back in and sat beside me. I think I scared him when I quickly turned towards him and hugged him tightly sobbing in his shoulder.
"Shh Raven it's alright. He will be okay we just have to let him fight to stay alive. We can't do anymore then that to help him. This is some thing he must do on his own." I wiped my tears and smiled at him gently and nodded.
Newtons POV
I didn't understand why Raven couldn't see me. I had walked up to him several times. Here and at home, it was no use. It was when I reached my hand through his that I realized that I must be like dead or something. It was really weird though. I didn't believe in ghosts but was I one? All I remember is looking at the car and seeing A man in all black. The impact of the hit, the feeling of cold water.
Raven's POV
About five weeks later they concluded the facts that his hurt would never beat again. I held him as close as possible in my arms and cried. I could see the tears in the nurses eyes to. I didn't stop crying for a long time. I said it was only like ten minutes but all the nurses knew it was a little over four hours. I figured I had fallen asleep at some point beside Newton but I couldn't remember. I decided then and there I would never smile again. I'll only smile for Newton.
