I feel stupid for not thinking about going outside. I'm basically royalty, a lot of people know my face. That's probably why we took a route that didn't require us to walk. Hoseok doesn't tell me where we're going. He has a smile on his face.
"Where are we going?" I ask, he grins.
"You'll see, it's a surprise. Be patient, we're almost there!. '' he says softly. His voice is so calm that I start to shift in my seat. I haven't felt so free and safe for a long time and now that a little time has passed, I have this huge sense of premonition. It's so peaceful and I feel so nice to the point that I start to think something will come crashing down. It makes me dizzy. The first time I had ever gone somewhere and it was a 'surprise' I got my nose sliced up and my human rights violated. Now I get slight anxiety attacks whenever someone is taking me somewhere I don't know. Like right now. What if he's taking me somewhere to kill me? What if he used his charm to lure me in and now he's planning on kidnapping me and is holding me for ransom? What if he's taking me back to Jin's place? Oh please, not that place, please.
"Relax..." I hear him whisper. I turn my head to him. He is calmly steering the wheel with his eyes on the road.
"Huh?", I say, panic stained in my voice, he sighs.
"I can see you shifting in your seat, relax. You're with me and I promise nothing bad will ever happen to you." he says softly before caressing one of my hands.
"We were going to a friend of mine. He had this music shop and I know how much you loved music so I thought we'd go check it out. But if you're still feeling nervous about people seeing your face then we can just go grab some hot coco and cruise around in the car for a bit." He says softly. I smile.
