BANG!

Lyra King and her now all too famous group ran through the halls like mad-men, the 7 of them looking as if they were being chased. Which they were.

Each of them wore different expressions. Lyra was laughing her heart out, a glint in her eyes that only one who got a thrill out of something wore. This was what she loved. Regulus was trying not to laugh whilst panting like a dog, you'd think he'd have gotten used to this by now. Severus was terrified. Simply terrified. Lucius was having a little chuckle, but his eyes were hard, he was ready to half-heartedly scold Lyra for her actions. Again. Bellatrix had this crazed look in her eyes, as if she was high off of the adrenaline her previous actions gave. Narcissa looked conflicted, she loved spending time with Lyra, she adored the pranks she played but she was afraid one day she may accidentally take it too far and the professors would have had enough and send her away. She was always afraid this would be the last straw. Barty jr was sweating buckets, not from running, but from nervousness. His father would send him a howler if he got another detention, but that didn't stop him from spending time with Lyra, no, he secretly loved her antics. It reminded him that the Slytherin's were not evil, and that to be in the house did not mean you were or had to be evil. She gave him a sense of goodness, Lyra was like fresh air and he loved it.

"Lyra King! The seven of you better stop this instant!" Professor McGonagall shouted down the hall, covered in different coloured powder, the other staff members -including Professor Dumbledore- trailing behind her in a fit of giggles. This only made Lyra laugh louder as she skidded round a corner and into a hard chest.

"Sorry!" She shouted as she ran around the boy and the other three behind him without looking up to see who she'd just ran into, the other six following without spearing the four boys a glance, except Severus of course, who threw them the harshest glare you will have ever seen.

James Potter, the boy Lyra ran into, stood in front of the marauders with an awestruck yet confused expression, which the other three matched. They had never been so close to the girl that they all had a sudden infatuation with and she was even more stunning up close. The four boys turned, still not wanting to discuss their attraction for the girl they hadn't even met yet, when suddenly they were met with the sight of a very colourful Minerva McGonagall sprinting round the corner like a gold medal Olympics athlete. As if that wasn't enough to set the boys of howling with laughter, Dumbledore and the other professors trailing behind her in a fit of giggles and just as colourful sure was.

"Catch us if you can Minnie!" Lyra called from the other end of the long corridor.

"Us?!" Screeched Severus.

"All for one and one for all, Sevvy!" Lyra and Regulus shouted back.

The four boys -along with pretty much everyone else in the hall- decided to follow the professors out. Eventually, they were lead out to the courtyard and were met with the view of Lyra standing dangerously close to the whomping willow and her friends looking on with concern.

"The 7 of you! Detention tonight!" McGonagall scolded them.

"I already had detention tonight!" Lyra called back.
