Chapter 23-"Hello other"

Hopes pov:
Josie walked off with Jed , while me and Landon walked back to the Salvatore school , I hate to admit this but I hate how Jed and Josie haven been hanging out a lot after the incident , And I don't like it one bit . But I can't do anything about it since I'm seeing Landon , he's cute and dorky and he sings me songs he made especially just for me but , he's not Josie . But I still like him , we made it official yesterday and we wanted to surprise everyone in the group tomorrow so during our first official group hang out we're planing on telling everyone . "Hey babe ?" Landon said breaking me from my thoughts, the pet name made me cringe and brought some of the memories I wish to forget back but I just shoved those thoughts down and looked over . "Yeah ?"

"Do you wanna , I don't know , just walk around school since we have nothing else to do ?" A calm walk with fresh air does sound nice , I gave him a small smile "Sure".

Josie's pov:
It's getting later and later and I'm still running frantically around the woods , calling out Jed's name . "This is all my fault " I screamed out as i dropped to the ground , I brought me knees up to my chest and I put my head down , I started crying. Everything I do always goes wrong, first dark Josie and now I lost jed , I mean hes probably hurt somewhere , and I can't find him .

Stupid .stupid .stupid .stupid .stupid . stupid stupid . Stupid .stupid . Stupid. Just started repeating in my head .

I then felt a small nudge, I look up to see Jed . "Oh my god " I gasped out as I wrapped my arms around him , "I -I - I thought you were hurt and I couldn't find you and I-" he cut me off by licking my face . "Ewww i told you to never do that " I said as I wiped the slobber off my Cheek . He nudged his head towards the forest ahead , my eyes then saw a slightly larger wolf then Jed, it was hurt pretty bad . I looked over at Jed , he immediately shook his head knowing what I was trying to ask . I slowly walked towards the mysterious wolf , "hey it's okay , I'm not here to harm you , don't worry . I can help you , I know your scared but you just have to trust me .....please " I softly said as I stood up and took small step towards them , the wolf lays down and tucks there tail in between there legs , it then lowers it's head to the ground . Josie knew what this meant, and she knew that the wolf had submitted to her .

She aproched the wolf a little less cautious now . She started to pet the Wolf "hi there , what are you doing out here all alone and hurt ?" Where's your pack ? Are you lost " . The wolf just started at her , "right you probably can't speak since your , well a wolf . But that's fine , now are you a boy or a girl ? Oh or do you go by they/them or no pronouns?, okay 1 bark for he/him 2 for she/her 3 for they/them or 4 for other " I then smiled .

The wolf then barked 4 times . "Well hello other , now of what I see you only sprained your left back paw , as well as an untreated wound by your hip that looks and a small cut by the back of your ear ,but other then that your fine , now Can you shift back to your original body or no ?" The wolf shook its head . "Well I can help but we have to go back to we're i proformed the spell , now it is a little long run , can you make it ?" The wolf was thinking for a while before it nodded it's head . "Okay then " i then hopped on top of Jed "let's go Jed lead the way"

Hopes pov:
Me and Landon we're still walking around the woods , of course we we're still in view of the school . Me and him decided to take a small break little break, we we're walking past a tree when he both heard a branch snap . We both turned around to see Josie walking with two wolf's, one had brownish- reddish fur , whit the middle of it being white , it had some dried up blood on its side and looked hurt , while the other one who was now growing at me and Landon had light brown fur . "Oh hey guys , Jed . Stop it your scaring them " Josie said as she snapped her fingers and the wolf who was growing at us stoped , then it just wined . "Sorry guys but we gotta go , I'll see you both tomorrow at the super squad meeting tho" josie said as she waved at us and left  with both wolves. "That's weird " I head Landon say , I was confused "why?" .
