"Eri!"
"Yes?" Eri jumped. "Are you okay? You've been acting weird lately." Tallie asked.
"Yes, I'm fine," Eri said, in an unruffled tone, yet uneasy.
Class flies by, "Eri? Class is over," said Tallie. "Oh, right," Eri wearingly said.
Lunch arrives, and Eri is nowhere to be found. It's been like this for about a week.
Not here again? Is it because of that night, or what happened after? Silas thought, worried.
"Hey," a voice interrupts. "Oh, Maddie, hey," Silas greeted her.
"What's got you so stressed? You're thinking hard," Maddie asks, concerned.
"Nothing you need to worry about," He replied, bluntly.
Oh? Maddie thought, suspiciously.
Her attitude changed. It became more frigid and unlighted.
"Is it Eri related?" Maddie asked, impertinently.
Silas stayed silent.
"That answers my question, thanks," Maddie said, with a strong vexed tone.
She got up and walked away.
Lunch ends, and classes resume. "Eri! Where have you been?" Tallie yells, "You've been disappearing and mysteriously reappearing lately," Tallie pulled her arms out and squeezed Eri tight.
"What's up with that? You know I'm here if needed," Tallie finished. Tears fall down Eri's face. Trembling inside, trying to keep her composure.
"I-i'm not fine," Eri murmured, bottom lip slightly shaking.
*Flashback* (That night)
Eri was just about to go bed when her phone notified her.
A text? She thought, as she approached her dresser.
She glanced at her phone and saw it was Silas. She ignored it and continued on.
A few minutes pass, and her phone notices her again.
Don't tell me it's Silas again, Eri thought angrily.
But this time, it was a random number. "Who's this?" Eri mumbles to herself.
"I've found you, Petto, you can't run this time."
Eri's eyes shiver with fear. She goes downstairs looking for Jennet.
"Jennet! Jennet!" Eri yells desperately.
"Yes? What is it? Are you alright?" Jennet runs to Eri.
Breathing heavily Eri tries to find her words. "Th-" Eri stutters.
She takes two deep breaths then finally
"Jennet, they found me," Eri said. "What?! How?!" Jannet panicked. "I don't know," Eri said, slightly crying.
"Are you sure? How do you even know?" Jennet asked.
Eri takes out her phone and pulls up proof. "Oh lord." Jennet cries.
