Lucas's Ultimatum

First Ultimatum Halloween

October 29th 20xx

The PK Boys entered the Ultimall. Duster, who was on shift at McFawful's, called them over. This was a meeting they had planned a few days ago. It was almost time for Lucas and Claus's first-ever holiday in Ultimatum...Halloween. They were at the mall for one reason, to get costumes. It wouldn't be Halloween without costumes.

The PK Boys walked over to McFawfuls, and to Duster's smiling face. "Welcome! Here to get those costumes, I presume?" Duster asked as he started preparing the group's food.

"Yup. You coming with us?" Lucas asked with a tilt of his head. He was wearing his hoodie. While those marks have faded a lot, almost unnoticeable, and could easily be played off as he just rubbed his wrists a tad too hard, he loved the hoodie. The hoodie was comfortable to him, and it was getting cold outside so it was the perfect time to use hoodies. Duster slid a box of nuggets onto the counter, which Villager grabbed with eager hands. He cackled as he walked over to a seat.

"No. Kuma and I went with some friends not too long ago to get our costumes." Duster continued to cook, giving a few of the others their orders. He was amazing at his job, great at multitasking.

"Who are you dressing as?" Ness asked.

"Now that's a surprise for Halloween," Duster stated before chuckling to himself. Ness crossed his arms with a huff. Soon enough, he finished all of the food. "Well, you guys have fun looking for costumes." Lucas nodded as he walked with the others to the table with the rest of the group. He leaned back as he grabbed his fries and started chomping on them. He loved the fries. He didn't care about anything else on the menu, just the fries.

"Any ideas on what you wanna dress as?" Villager asked the group. Lucas perked, wanting to hear everyone's answer.

"I know who I wanna be," Popo snickered. Nana rolled her eyes.

"That Nah-ro-to?" she asked.

"IT'S NARUTO!!!"

"Yeah, whatever, weirdo." Popo huffed as he looked away.

"Meanie."

"I think I know who to dress as," Toon Link chuckled. Young Link rolled his eyes. It seemed he knew as well.

"Why don't we just head up there, we can show rather than tell our costumes," Ninten suggested. Everyone seemed to agree to that. They quickly finished their food, threw away the trash, and started walking through the mall. They made it back to Krystal's Kosplay. She greeted them happily, slightly shocked at the size of the group, but kept up her customer service smile.

"Here for Halloween?" she asked. The group nodded and she smiled. "Well, lucky for y'all, we have a Halloween Discount. Enjoy!" The group smiled and looked at each other. They all had the same idea. They would go out, separate to get their costumes.

"Meet back here?" Ness asked. Everyone nodded their heads in unison, any onlooker would've believed they were actually a cult rather than a group of friends. The group broke up and went to separate parts of the store. Lucas went to the corner of the store, which was pretty much empty of people. He scanned the items before finding one he liked. He cackled before grabbing it and walking to a vacant dressing room.

He undressed and put on the undergarments that actually came with the costume. He then put on the black pants and a black shirt. Both of which were really tight on him, but he liked how they felt. He put on a red tight vest with a circle in the top left corner of it. This circle was mostly black with a yellow R in the middle of it. He strapped on a yellow tool belt, with the middle of it being a circle. He then put on some long green boots that went up to just barely under his knees. Next were green gloves that went up to just under his elbows. These gloves had spikes, although they're not the spikiest of spikes. He tied the cape around him. The outside of the cape was black while the inside was yellow. The bottom of the cape was rugged and sharp. The last thing he needed was the green mask over his eyes. He looked into the mirror and smiled. "Heck yeah!"
