"My wish?"
"Your wish. The wish that was made by one Fierra Esmeralda Santiago at the stroke of midnight on her birthday. To be exact: 'Quiero que me den un segundo andanza, incluso en otro mundo.'" The titaness mimicked Fierra's distinct high-pitched voice as if it was nothing, before switching back to her original low, hypnotic one. "And you do possess my token, or am I incorrect?"
"Oh...oh." She said, things beginning to click in her head as she held up the fairy coin after clutching the piece tightly in her left hand.
"Yes, that is the physical embodiment of me owing someone a wish to fulfill. Given the original owners of it and its twin are long deceased the next kind-hearted souls to make a true wish would be allowed to as their new owners Ergo, you and the man who possesses the other as you make your wishes."
Fierra dropped the token on the table, talking more with her hands. "I'm sorry but this is un poco loco, you're implying you can just send me to another world?" She asked half-hoping to hear a resounding no or the like.
"I can. You are technically in one now, though, the world between worlds. The Painted Void."
"Oh..then wouldn't the wish be fulfilled?"
"No, as you meant an actual otherworld, another earth, akin to your own...but different." She touched the table, before gesturing to their surroundings. "This world is for spirits, be they those of chaos, of the grateful dead, or of the thankless lost like yourself right now. A crossroads of existences."
"Ah...I-I see." I did end up in an anime degenerate limbo. Well, fuck.
"The purpose of this meeting is to help explain some of the complexities and logistics of your wish being fulfilled. As otherwise, it would cause a bit more issue than I, my sisters, or my children would like if you suddenly vanished from one world and arrived in another. As well as the fact the new world I have chosen for you is quite...weird...from the one you're used to, though you'll understand soon enough."
"I really would not want to worry my family and friends more than I already do." Fierra rubbed her hands together, a sour taste in the back of their throat. "I...I worried them a lot when I was young and could get out more, and I worry them now because the illnesses I have aren't easy to deal with or cheap to pay for."
"Thus, you seek to become healthy and wealthy, to not only pay them back for their kindnesses but to never worry them again. Even with your successful career as a...'MVPeeksa'...of the internet and improving health."
"I love v-tubing...I love having friends I can rely on...I love giving back to my family even if it makes my mom worried I did something illegal to get such money. But.."
"You want to not just feel alive while you are live on your streaming channel, but live in a world where you can be truly alive, truly free." Weyuka placed her hand on Fierra's and rubbed the top of it, as if to comfort her, before pulling it away.
Fierra nodded before quickly adding, "Can you read my m-"
"In a sense, but only with what it is related with your wish. I might be powerful but I am no pervert." She claimed, suddenly calling forth a giant's size can of Heaven's Brew soda, replacing the previous one. Popping the tab and taking a sip of her own, she looked down at Fierra and realized her rudeness. Within a second the titaness called forth yet another for her guest, one normal-mortal sized, before continuing on. "Though I am curious, why did you not just wish that you would be healthy again, disease-free, immortal, etc? Did you genuinely forget or?"
"I- I- should've done that, actually. I got into the moment and of course, didn't realize they...you...were real." She said, almost spitting out her drink in shock of her lack of foresight despite the understandability of the situation.
