Promised (Ciphercest)

A Promise Have Been Made

"Bill wait up!", a blue haired boy panting heavily while running trying to catch up with his older energetic twin.

"Try and catch me if ya can Will!", the other boy with a bright blonde hair taunt while sticking his tongue out.

They had been running for a while now after making the school guard give up chasing them. Bill had been pestering Will to go to the abandoned playground inside the forest that he found when roaming there claiming it as his secret base. Despite the protest that will have him fearing that their father would get angry, Bill still succeeded on persuading Will to cane along with him saying that if anything happens he would protect Will with his own life. Will hesitate but still followed Bill to the woods not wanting him to pester him anymore.

"Faster Will! We're almost there!", the boy shouts at the other with frustration.

Will had always been slow and weak his whole life despite being his twin, unlike Bill who's loud and energetic, Will is quiet and fragile. He's shy, doesn't have any friends and only speak when spoken to. Because of this Will had been an easy target of bullying in their class and Bill always had to come to the rescue before anything went wrong.

They've walked for about twenty minutes now and arrived in front of the forest entrance. The forest is Will's least favorite place to go, it's always a scary place for him since the forest is always dark and spooky. Wild animals running around, weird noises coming out of nowhere and who knows what other dangerous beast exist in there ready to pounce on them when they lower their guards.

"Uh..um Bill? ", he whimpered.

"What is it blue?", his brother answered.

Turning his body to meet the others eyes, Bill can see the fear in his brother face."Oh come on now ya crybaby, don't say that you're scared to go now".

"b-but the forest is d-dark and scary", tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

"Bla bla bla, alright how about this-", he kneels in front of Will.

"B-brother what a-are you doing?", the boy is surprised by his brother sudden action.

"oh shush give me your hand". The blue boy hesitate but give his hand to the kneeling boy.

''I, BILL CIPHER PROMISE WILL CIPHER THAT I SHALL PROTECT HIM WITH MY OWN LIFE WHEN THERE'S DANGER", he shout.

"B-bill wha-"

"AND WE WILL BE TOGETHER FOREVER UNTIL DEATH DO US APART", he continued

"so don't be scared baby blue, I'll always be there for you so don't cry okay?", he took the hands that he's holding and kissed it gently.

Will face is flushed, overwhelmed by his brother words tears flowed down to his chubby cheeks.

"OH SHIT- WHY ARE YOU CRYING?! OH GOD I DIDN'T MEAN TO MAKE YOU CRY! THIS IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD HAPPEN!", Bill panicked by his twin cries.

"Bill!", Will pounce on Bill making them both stumbled backwards.

"argh! Will what's that for!".

Will pull Bill into a hug, "I'm so happy Bill! Thank you".

Bill's face turned bright pink, "yeah whatever". They both embrace each other with a tight hug.

"I love you Bill".

"love you too..." Bill murmured.

After a few minutes of hugging Will had calm down from crying, Bill wipe Will's tears stained face with his sleeve gently.

"Don't do that it'll make your clothe dirty",Will tried to push Bill's hand away but Bill didn't budge.

"Nah this is nothing, besides I'd rather do this than having you walk around with snot in your nose", Bill said with a smirk on his face.

Bill's face flushed pink because of his brother's remark, feeling embarrassed he turn his face away from Bill with a pout."Humph! I am not that sleezy".

"Aww is my little blueberry got mad?", the blonde boy teased. The blue haired boy turn around to face his twin and crosses his arms.

"If you're going to be like this I don't want to play with you anymore". The boy says it with a serious tone but Bill knew Will could never refuse Bill and only said it to intimidate him. An idea popped in his head.

Will thought that Bill would be panicking and apologize by now begging him to stay but he heard a sob instead, he looks up to the source of the sound only to find his twin eyes filled with tears. His bright and strong brother is crying and it makes him shocked by his brother sudden change of attitude.

Paralyzed from the sight of his brother, Will didn't say anything and could only stare until his brother break the silence. "Did you really mean that?", Bill ask.  His voice is quivering making Will panic.

"N-no! I didn't mean tha-"

"Do you not love me anymore Will?", Bill look at Will with his teary puppy eyes.  All of it was just an act to tease his adorable innocent brother.

"O-of course I love you! I love y-you very much!"

"Liar, you just said you don't want to play with me anymore"

At this point Bill can see the fear in his brother eyes, he started to feel guilty and tried to tell Will that he was just joking but Will suddenly kiss Bill on his cheek.

"P-please don't cry, I love you so much...", Will wrap his hand around his brother's neck and kisses Bill's other cheek. "Please..."

Bill was stunned, he stayed still as a rock can be. Will is never the type to be touchy or like physical contact so Bill is the one usually do the kissing so Will kissing his cheeks is a HUGE deal. His head fulls of jumbled up thoughts about his baby brother.

"HOLLY SHIT HOLLY FUCK OH MY GOD OH MY GOD DID THAT JUST HAPPENED HOLLY SHIT IT JUST HAPPENED I CANT BELIEVE IT WILL JUST KISSED MY CHEEKS HE JUST KISSED MY CHEEKS OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG AAAAAAAAHHHH-"

"Bill are you okay? You've been staring at the distance for a while now. Are you still upset?"

Bill thought was cut off by Will, realizing that he have been hugging Will for a long time now he release his hand. "O-oh uh uhm yeah, yeah sorry I was thinking of something".

"You're not upset anymore?"

"Yup! I'm not upset anymore", Bill assures him. Bill still want Will to kiss him though, so he thought of something that he's sure Will won't disagree.

"you know Will... After you gave me a kiss I feel a lot better now. Wow, your kisses really helped me feel better!"

"R-realy?

"Yeah! I wish I could have your kisses more but I'm sure you don't like that, so let's just keep walking", Bill turns around and walk slowly into the woods wishing that Will would fall into his bait.

"T-then I can kiss you more!", the blue boy says.

"Really? Are you sure you want that?", Bill says without turning around. A devilish grin sets on his face.

"Yes! If it makes you feel better I'll kiss you whenever you want!", the blue boy jumping up and down. He's excited knowing that he can do something that makes his brother feel better and helps him in someways.

"promise?"

"promise!"

Both of them smile as they walk holding hands with each other with Bill leading them towards the secret base that he claimed.
