Aoi was yawning the whole time in class. She didn't get some time to sleep last night 'cause she needed to finish all of her homework/activities.

"Get your book and open it on page 72." the teacher dictates.

Aoi pulled her book out of her bag, she suddenly caught the aroma of a rose and her book had a hump?

She placed her book in her lap and then flipped it to the page where the hump was.

It was a rose with paper hanging on its stem tied by a string. She smiled when she saw the drawing of heart and "I love you" inside it.

The bell rings through the school telling them it's time for them to leave.

"Class dismissed, don't forget y'all homework." their teacher announced when the students started to pack their things and leave.

"Hey Aoi, someone's looking for you," the girl behind her whispered to her ears.

She glanced in their door only to find Inosuke leaning in their door frame with his arms folded. As always Inosuke's blouse is unbuttoned but he has shoes on. She always told him to button his blouse and he refuses 'cause it's hot. Aoi shook her head and smiled remembering that day. She packed her things holding her red rose in her hand. After that, she puts her randoseru on her shoulder before leaving her seat.

When Inosuke found her walking towards him he composed himself, flashing a smile at Aoi.

"Is this from you?" waving the red rose to him.

"Yeah," he proudly said, scratching his blushing ear.

Aoi smiled softly at his reaction. He grabbed her bag putting it on his shoulder with one finger. They laughed and talked about how their day went while they were walking.

"Hey, are you okay?" he asked holding her shoulder and looking at her checking if she was fine.

"I'm a little dizzy," she said, holding her temple with her eyes closed.

Aoi opened her eyes, she was surprised when she saw Inosuke's position. He's kneeling on the floor with his one knee and his back facing her offering her a piggyback ride. She was about to hop on his back when she felt stares at their back so she looked at her surroundings. Her assumptions were right, most of the students were looking at them with surprise and awe on their faces. Well, who would have thought that the delinquent and a member of the student council were in a relationship?

"Are you gonna ride or I'll carry you in bridal sty—," he said giving her a hint as to what he was gonna do if she didn't hop on his back.

Before he finished his sentence, Aoi immediately got in his back 'cause she knew he'd do that. Aoi didn't argue with him anymore since her dizziness was becoming worse. He stood up with her in his back and holding the bag in his left hand they walked through the hallway where students couldn't stop looking and whispering at each other when they passed by.

Aoi buried her face in his shoulder away from the stares.

"Stop looking! I'm gonna smash y'all head if you won't stop looking at us!" he shouted when he noticed a lot of students kept glancing in their way and it made Aoi uncomfortable. The students were terrified of his threat. After what he said, they didn't take a glance at them even though they were curious about the two.

"Hey, you shouldn't do that," Aoi mumbled to him.

"They're making you uncomfortable though," he snapped, you could tell he was pissed with the tone of his voice.

Aoi chuckled in response to him.

"What's funny?" he said furiously but Aoi wasn't bothered by his tone.

"Nothing," she said while giggling, seeing him being protected by him made her heart flutter.

"Mom wants you to have dinner with us." Inosuke announced while they were walking.

"Really? I need to ask Mom about that." It's not her first time to be invited by Kotoha. Kotoha always invites her when she has time and bonds with the two of them.

"You don't need to, she already told your mom," he added.

"Ohh, your mom likes me aren't you jealous?" she said teasingly with her eyebrow raised. She was smiling ear to ear 'cause Inosuke loves her mom so much and she thought he would be jealous.

"Why would I be jealous of my soon-to-be wife who is close to my mom? Or should I say your mother-in-law," he casually said.

He was about to peek at his back when Aoi pushed his face.

"The fuck!?" he shouted but grinning ear to ear. He caught a glimpse of Aoi's face which was blushing.

"Don't you dare to look at me!" Aoi ordered him holding her right cheek burning. She often teases Inosuke but he always has a comeback.

"Why? Is it because you're blushing?" he jokingly said with his smirk plastered on his face.

"I'm not blushing!" she denies facing to the side to hide her blushing face.

"Stop shouting, you do know that your mouth is near my ear," he asserted irritatingly.

Aoi rolls her eyes and rests her head on his shoulder. Dozing in his back while Inosuke walks through the hallway.
