“ Fauna where have you been? ”
Asked Sana, Fauna then gave her a smile as she answered
“ Just getting fresh air.. ”
Sana then explained about what happened to Kronii and Mumei.
“ so that's why the priestess has gone out of rage. ”
Fauna thought to herself as Sana finished explaining, She then decides to see Mumei, as she enters the room, Mumei looks at her, Fauna smiles as she sits down next to Mumei's bed.
“ How are you feeling Mumei? ”
“ I'm fine now, Fauna. ”
Said Mumei, Fauna then slowly stands as she gave Mumei a gentle kiss on the forehead, Fauna once again smiles as she leaves Mumei, Mumei slowly held her forehead as she remain silent.
“ ...hmm. ”
“ Arghh!! ”
Kiara yells in pain as she gets treated by Ame and Mori, Ame then pours some alcohol that she bought from the store they went pass as they went away from the battle a few hours earlier, Kiara yells again and suddenly gets smacked by Mori in the head.
“ shut up! My ears are beginning to ring!! ”
She shouted to Kiara, Kiara sniffs and spoke
“ ehhh.. But.. But it hurts..! ”
“ sheesh, why's your regeneration slow? ”
“ probably cause of the pain she's been since the beginning ”
Said Ame, responding to Mori's question, Mori then sits down next to Kiara and sighs, Kiara then looks at her as she gently held her hand
“ ..? ”
Mori looks at Kiara and her hand, however, instead of pulling her hand away, she lets Kiara hold it as her regeneration continues to process. Ame then sits down as well, Gura was standing outside the shelter they're in, she's seemingly on her full guard as she looks around the area.
“ Why don't you sit and rest for a while, gura? ”
“ I don't want to. ”
Gura replied with a serious tone. Ame slowly gets up as she began to get worried about Gura, she walks to her and pats her shoulder, and again, spoke
“ Go and rest you goof. ”
Gura remained silent as she looks at Ame, she then sighs and nods, they both head inside the shelter.
After a few hours, Ina began to wake up as she slowly gets up, holding her head as she sees the four peacefully resting, she then decided to get up and silently walks out of the shelter, she lets out a deep sigh.
“ ...! ”
Her attention then turns to a tree as she felt a presence, as expected, someone was behind the tree, Ina was about to approach the figure but was interrupted by Gura as she called out for Ina
“ Ina? ”
Ina's attention then turns to Gura who was going out of the shelter as well.
“ Oh.. Gura. ”
“ you're finally awake, Somethin' wrong? ”
“ Oh, no, it's.. ”
Ina then turns back to the tree but she noticed the figure was gone as she continues her sentence.
“ ...nothing. ”
The two then went inside, after the rest woke up, Ina explained what happened to her before she lost control to the four.
“ we have to be careful about your ability Ina, you also need to use your spells less, we don't want you going berserk again.. specially when we're currently in a battle. ”
Said Ame to Ina, Ina then nods. However, Ame then looks at Ina with a serious expression and spoke
“ But.. I need your help Ina, I need to get back the watch. ”
Ina's eyes slightly widens as she sees how serious Ame was, Gura then stops Ame
“ You can't just do that! You don't know what'll happen! ”
“ I got no choice gura, I'm the useless one in the group without that pocket watch. ”
Gura remains silent as she clenches her fist. She then spoke out.
“ I'm coming with you guys. ”
“ Gura... ”
Ame then looks at Mori and Kiara.
“ Will you two be fine? ”
“ Yeah, We'll be fine here. You guys go. ”
Said Mori, The three then nodded as they stood up, Ina then created a portal as Gura and Ame enters it, In the end of the portal, they immediately see the pocket watch, Ame was the first to hop out of the portal, followed by Gura then Ina.
Kronii begins to wake up as she sits up, she immediately stands up as she leaves the room, she encounters Mumei as they passes by each other, however, Kronii then grabs Mumei's arm as they both stopped
“ thanks. ”
Said Kronii then lets go of Mumei, she continues walking, Mumei then lets out a small smile at her face after hearing Kronii's thank you, Bae then sees Kronii as she grabbed her arm.
“ Where are you going? ”
“ I just need to check something. ”
“ and what could be so important for you to check it huh? ”
“ It's.. Argh, The pocket watch, Now let me go and check it. ”
“ It's safe, Sana took care of the priestess after you and Mumei passed out. ”
“ . . . ”
“ Now go back to your room and re— ”
Kronii suddenly felt someone's presence in the pocket watch hall, She immediately pulls back her arm before Bae could finish her sentence.
“ I need to go. ”
“ Kronii! ”
Kronii then disappeared, Bae then sighed and calls for Mumei to follow Kronii, Mumei agrees to the task and follows Kronii.
“ I bet they already know we're here, Let's get the watch quick. ”
Ame spoke as she rushes to the watch, however as she was about to reach it, a clock hand falls from the ceiling right in front of Ame, it was Kronii's weapon, Kronii then appears in front of Ame as she glares at her whilst grabbing her weapon that stopped Ame from getting the watch. Ame then backs off immediately.
“ Crap!! ”
“ Damn it, she quickly noticed our presence! ”
Said Gura, Kronii then continues glaring at Ame, Ame scoffs as she slowly stands, Gura then felt someone else's presence from behind and avoided the attack, It was Mumei, she slides from Gura behind to Kronii's side, Gura grits her teeth as she looks at Mumei, Mumei then tightens her grip with her dagger as Kronii spoke
“ Why are you here? ”
“ Bae told me to follow you. ”
“ that rat.. ”
Ame then pulls a watson concoction and spins it as she spoke.
“ Prepare yourself for a messed up battle you two! ”
“ Hm!! ”
Said Gura and Ina as Ame smirks, Kronii then scoffs as she does a fighting stance.
