Indi walked into the cafeteria with her small group following they sat at table near the middle. Her little group was made up of herself, Joanna, Jacob and few other of the best assassins in the school. She was friends with everyone in the group plus the rats, saya, willie and on the odd occasion Maria. The rest of the school were nothing more than classmates and acquaintances, although they all wished they were friends with her which was odd since they were all scared of her.

Marcus walked in to the cafeteria and looked around for Indi but before he could find her he was pulled onto a table with the 'rats'.  "I think Chico's got a crush on you" Billy a boy with a green mohawk said with a grin. "Fuck that bully he pushed a girl" Marcus watched as Chico blew a kiss towards him. "Word has spread that you and Indiana are friends now which is pretty rare especially since you just got here" Billy said almost secretly "Why is that rare she seems like a really sweet girl" Marcus said a little defensively

"Hey I'm not judging man but do you even know anything about her dude" billy inquired "i guess not" Marcus said looking down "Well she is nice and all but she grew up with her best friend in a place called the black room" billy started and Marcus winced when he heard billy say black room as everyone knows the kind of stuff that happens there "She was sold to there and became the best assassin there at 10 with Joanna just behind her while she was being trained there they also experimented on her and now she has thing where if you say three certain words she switches into a super assassin thing and will only obey the person who switched her" billy continued. "Wait what are the words" Marcus asked curiously "not that many people know only the teachers, Joanna and whoever she tells but let me tell you do not get in to a fight with her whether she is in that state or not because she will win either way" billy went on.

"Whenever we have any sort of combat in our classes they take her and shift her, it's crazy she's impossible to take down in class so try not to be paired up with her in that kind of stuff but all that aside she is actually a good friend when she's her... normal self" billy said looking past Marcus over to her.

Indi noticed them and walked over to them which shocked her group. "Hey Marcus why didn't you come sit with us" Indi said as she sat down "sorry I was looking for you but billy here pulled me aside for a talk" Marcus said smiling at her "all good. Hey billy" Indi slightly waved at billy "how was class" Marcus asked "oh it wasn't too bad just a lot of writing" Indi answered with a smile. "Same and some girl.. brandy I think her name is got hit in the face by Master Lin" Marcus explained "oh don't worry about her she's sort of like a nazi" Indi replied slightly giggling.

The bell to signal class time rang and Indi grabbed Marcus' hand and pulled him through the hallways. 'Her hands are so soft I wish we could stay touching forever' Marcus thought and was smiling but was shocked by his thought as it was sort of new to him. As they were walking towards the change rooms Willie purposely bumped into Marcus "hey what's your problem" Marcus exclaimed "punk ass bitche-" willie quickly stopped once he realised who Marcus was standing with "sorry indi I didn't mean no harm" willie said scared "mhm sure" Indi then turned to Marcus and continued walking with him "im sorry you have to put up with that Marcus also I've been meaning to ask what the fuck happened" she said gesturing to the cut on his nose

" oh that's nothing just umm.. Chico wants to kill me" Marcus said hurriedly. " No, no, no what did you do?, did it have something to do with Maria" Indi asked with worry all over face " he was choking her I had to intervene" Marcus said.

"Don't believe anything she says stay away from her and that group she's setting you up.. ok. And don't worry I won't let them hurt you" Indi said and he could tell she was being honest by the tone of her voice.

The two hugged and continued to class with smiles on their face but truthfully underneath her happy demeanour she was shitting bricks because she new they had hand on hand combat and everyone knows what happens then. And she hates when she has to turn into that monster.

A/N: this is really bad sorry but I wanted to get another chapter out as I go back to work in a few days and school in a few weeks so I'll do the best I can. Also as the story goes they will learn more about each other but the story won't follow the exact time frame as the show but I'll try my best to make it good.
