goodnight, good night
You huffed in annoyance, "Why do I have to explain anything to you?"
Haruchiyo looked at you in disappointment, but somehow his eyes had a glint of adoration in them. Of course you didn't notice it.
It wasn't just him who was disappointed though, you were too. You were gone for a period of time and this was the first thing you heard from him?
To you, it seemed like Haruchiyo didn't give a damn that you were gone, and that he was just mad that you ended things so suddenly. But that wasn't the case, in fact Haruchiyo missed you like how Peter Parker missed the chance of saving Gwen Stacy.
A moment of silence lingered the air, the male's gaze turned to the view, he'll put back his attention to you once you decided to finally speak up.
But he didn't keep his word of only turning back to you if you spoke, because the moment he heard a small sob coming from beside him, his head immediately turned to you.
You were crying.
His palms immediately went to your cheeks, wiping your tears for you.
It was a peaceful cry, not the screaming type of cry. You just needed to break for once, but you didn't like it that your breakdown was in front of Sanzu Haruchiyo himself.
However, the moment you felt his fingers touch your eye bags to wipe off the clump of rain in your eyes, you felt a sense of comfort and you had no regret crying in front of him.
The pink haired male then pulled you in to a hug, burying your face on his navy blue suit as you tried to stop your tears.
Since he was willing to wet his suit just for you, you decided it was fair to give him an explanation.
"B-" you couldn't even utter a word out cause Haruchiyo cut you off.
"Speak when you're calmed down."
"Oh shut up."
You took a deep breath, even if your face was still on Haruchiyo's chest. He laughed at your rude statement and you finally felt a bit calmer than a moment ago.
