Dolores (POV):

Today is the day, Y/N and I will be together for the rest of the day, and I'm so very excited...

I woke up earlier than i usually do..

I look at my reflection for the 9th time in the mirror to double check if i look more presentable.. beautiful ... when i faced her later...

I don't know why i wanted to look good in front of her... there's a nagging feeling deep within me that i should dress up.. or maybe i just wanted to impress her?

Knock! Knock!

"Mija, breakfast is ready like 20 minutes ago. Almost everyone is downstairs waiting for you. Are you okay?"- Oh shoot! I forgot.. I lost track of time, i quickly opened the door and greeted a concern look from my Mother, but she immediately smiled, seeing me all dress up..

"Dios, mio! you look exquisite Dolores, is this for Y/N?"- she smiled knowingly, and I nodded as my cheeks flushed hearing her name..

"Don't worry, Mija, she's going to be starstruck when she sees you.."- with that, we walked downstairs, and i followed Mama on the way out of Casita..

"Finally, what's taking you so long, Dolores!... holy shi---- ow!!!"

"Language Toñito!"- Abuela immediately stood up and whacked Camilo's head, stopping his cursing, now that Antonio was sitting next beside him..

"Oh my! Dolores, you look so beautiful."- Abuela finally saw my outfit today..

"You do really look so beautiful when you let your hair down Dolores. It suits you more."- Isa compliments... I smile appreciate their compliments.. then i heard footsteps from behind, knowing who it was..

"Good Morning Familia Madriga--ls.!!!! Shi--- shoot!"- my heart skip a beat hearing those familiar voice and slowly turn around.

"Woah..."- She mumbled and stared at me like I'm the only person in her eyes..

"You look so wow... no words can describe your beauty today.. I-I m-mean you always look beautiful, but today you're breathing-taking, w-wonderful, gorgeous, urghh! I better stop talking now.."- she said while blushing and scratching her nape, still looking at me with those blue twinkling eyes... mi Familia laugh at her stuttering mess..

"T-Thank you."- I could only mutter, I heard my Familia giggle and chuckles on the background, and this time Y/N seat beside me. Helping me push the chair like a gentleman, no, that's not right, gentlewoman...

We ate happily but you could tell Y/N and I have tension in our body and mi Familia talk happily to each other sometime they talk to the both of us but my attention is still on her..

And I know Y/N attention is on me too, she kept stealing glances at my side profile and keeps bumping her legs under the table..

It feels like hours, we finally finish eating our breakfast, Y/N grabbed ahold of my hand, and both of us walked toward the town...

"So princesa, what's our first task, and while doing so, may i know what's your favorite flowers, foods, animals, hobbies.. etc."- she asked while both of our hands still connected...

I told her all of my favorites, even what activities i do for passing time... my likes and dislikes, all of it..

Also, my past relationship with Mariano, I don't know the reason why i keep sharing it all to her. I mean, even my family didn't know the details of how i cope with my break up with that man. There is something about her that i can't stop talking about and can't keep a secret about my past relationship..

I want her to know everything about me, every single secret that i kept to myself..

I steal a glance to her way and see her quietly lost in her own thoughts, but her hands ball into fists  until it turns white...

I grab her other hand and intertwine them together with mine. She sighed and scooped closer to me, until our shoulder touches, my head quickly rested onto her shoulder...

"That man doesn't deserve you Dolores, he takes your love for granted. He's a jerk and a selfish cheating bastard."- Y/N said, she's kind of upset? while staring ahead, when I looked up to her face, i saw her eyebrows frowned and lips pursed..

(A/n: Okay, first of all, I love Mariano, so don't hate him.😊)

"Don't mind him anymore Y/N what my past with him would stay in the past, we already end things between us."- I mumbled to myself..

I heard her sigh again and let go of my hand, I thought she's going to stand up, but she wrapped her arms around me, engulfed me into a tight and comforting hug..

My face immediately flushed at the same time. My heart quickly beat even faster, she smell so nice that it made me feel more comfortable into her arms..

"Dolores, you're too nice and kind-hearted for your own good. Even if you've gotten hurt, you still forgave and let that guy go without thinking about your own feelings."- she frustrated whisper, bringing her face into the crook of my neck, inhaling my scent, and i could feel her lips touching against my skin, leaving me all trembling by this sensation...

"I-i... Y/N that tickles."- I giggle, I felt her smile into my neck, and fix her sitting position, then i felt her lips leaving kisses into my skin..

"If i were your Lover, I promise... no.. I will make you the happiest woman in the world as long as i live, no no.. for eternity.. I would show you and the world how much i care and love you, every second, every minute, every hour, days, and nights. I will let you feel the love you deserve and the only woman i need in my life, and i will hold to those memories dearly, as we made the best of it.."- She says, and I'm literally screaming silently right now, I admitted it, i'm so touch and like to hear those words coming out from her mouth..

She said it sincerely coming from her heart. Why did Y/N keeps doing this to me? Her words, gesture, and actions give me all tingly feeling, and i can't stop to feel something for her.. but..

"Y-Y/N---

"Dolores... can i court you?"- my world stopped when she asked me those questions..

She pulled away and faced me silently, holding both of my shoulder and staring directly into my eyes. Dios, mio! She's not kidding, she's serious about this!.

"Y-Y/N... a-are you serious a-about this? Maybe you're just confused or surprised by all of these new feelings? I mean, we just met."- she shook her head, while her eyes held with determination and truth.. oh my...

"I'm serious when it comes to this.. when it comes to you, princesa, I'll prove it to you how serious and truthful my feeling is.. I know you still don't believe my words, but wait and see, I'll prove it to you.."- she said, grabbing both of my hands. Bringing it to her lips, kissing it with so much care and gentleness..

I blushed, still not letting a single word out.. I know she's telling the truth, but some part of my heart builds a wall when it comes to loving and accepting someone again.

"Dolores, help! We need you and Y/N here. It's urgent, where at the church."- I heard Luisa's voice, and i sighed.

"Luisa said she needs us both at the church.."- she nodded, and my breath hitched when she brought her face closer.. I nervously close my eyes and wait for her kiss..

I feel her lips touch my forehead, making. My eyes fluttered open and see her all smiling playfully down at me...

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna try anything without your consent princesa. Besides, I'm still in the stage where i began making plans to court you."- she stood up and held her hand out for me. i smile and grab it. She pulled me up, and both of us walked towards the church while Y/N arm wrapped around my waist..
