3. Welcome Back

Niall's POV

"She is a brunette." I hear Liam say. It sounds like he is talking about Lisa. It must be the cops asking him more questions. I'm so tired, but I can't sleep. My mind is still with Lisa. I want to be there for her. I know that this is the first time I met her, but the connection that I feel to her is so strong. It is a intense feeling inside me, almost like I know her. "No problem. Just give me a call if you need anything else." Liam says, and hangs up the phone. "They needed her hair color for some reason." Liam says. He has a confused expression on his face. "Maybe they found a hair on the scene, and they had to find out if the hair might belong to her." Zayn suggests. My eyes are feeling heavier. I have to try to sleep now. I close my eyes and empty my thoughts. Sleep takes over my body, and finally I am gone.

2 Hours later

"Niall! Wake up!" someone shouts above me. I slowly open my sleepy eyes. A blurry Louis is staring at me. "Come on. The girl is awake, and she wants to see you." Louis says. Louis wasn't here 2 hours ago. "When did you get here?" I ask him, and then I realize what he just said. "Wait, did you say Lisa is awake?" I ask him. "I got here a while ago, and yes she is awake." Louis replies. I get up from the bed. "Follow me." Louis says. I follow him through the halls towards a private room. Louis stops at the door and points at the door to show me that he's staying outside. I take a deep breath. I slowly enter the room. There she is. Lisa. She is laying in the hospital bed connected to a few machines. Her blue eyes is et on me. "Niall." she says softly. "Lisa." I say back. "Come here." she commands. I walk closer, and sit down on the blue chair next to the bed. I don't know where the others are, but I'm happy to spend time with her alone. "Thank you for everything you did." she says to me. "You're welcome. How are you feeling?" I ask her. "I hurt all over, but I will be okay." she says to me with a slight smile.

"I'm glad. I was so worried about you. I was so scared that I might never see you again." I say to her. I look at her perfect face. Her teeth are perfect. It is shining a bright white, almost like you can see your own reflection in them. "You won't get rid of your biggest fan that easily. I think I like you guys even m ore now. After all you guys did save my life." she says. She is no ordinary. No fan made me feel like this before. Her eyes move towards the door. I look behind me, and see Steve and Danny standing at the door. "I will be back as soon as the detectives are done here." I say to her. I stand up from the chair. "We're so sorry to disturb you. We can get a snack from the vending machine, and then come back." Danny offers. "No it's fine. I'll come back when you guys are done." I say to them. I start walking towards the door. "Oh, your friends are in the cafeteria. They said if you want to talk you can find them there." Steve says. I just nod and exit the room. I don't want to talk to them now. I just want to be on my own for a while. I sit down on the soft, red chair outside the room.

Lisa's POV

"Hello Lisa. I am commander Lieutenant Steve McGarrett and this is my partner detective Williams. Is it alright if we ask you a few questions?" Steve asks me. "Yes." I reply. He smiles at me. "Where were you before everything happened?" Danny asks me. I take a deep breath. "I was at a party with my friend, Amber. She left to get some punch. Mark, who studies law at the same university as I do, came closer, and told me that he likes me, and then he kissed me He told me to follow him towards his car. I did so. While we were driving, I heard a gunshot, and then Mark collapsed beside me. I realized  that Mark got shot, and tried to get out of the car, but before I could do it a guy stood next to the car. He put something over my mouth, I passed out. The next thing I remember I woke up in a strange bed. I turned around and saw a guy next to me in the bed, and another at the other side of the room. I couldn't see what they look like, because they covered their faces. I immediately realized that the guy next to me raped me." I say, as warm tears formed in my eyes.
