Misunderstanding (Jinkook/kookjin)

"Yoongi!" Hobi yells my name so loud I think my ears will explode as he walks into my office.

"What is it!? What's so important you want to leave me deaf???"

"Yoongi, Jin isn't married"

"But I thought you told Jungkook Mr. Kim was not only mated but married"

"He is but Jin isn't!"

"How is that even-, are you okay Hobah?"

"Jin is only Mr. Kim's brother in law not his husband"

"How does he have mating mark if he's not married to Namjoon? Why did Jungkook lie?" I question while my brain runs a mile a minute

"Hobah bring Mr. Kim's file and once we have it we are gonna have to look at the security footage"

"Okay, be right back"

"What is happening? Why was jungkook so sure Jin was married to Namjoon?" I ask myself out-loud

"Here it is!" Hobi screams once again.

"Okay let's look"

"Kim Namjoon, married to Kim Taehyung, has only one depended Kim Soobin" I read out loud

"Wait Yoongi if he's married shouldn't he have two dependents?? "

"That's correct hobi, I think we are missing something let's keep looking"

"Oh my gosh Yoongi look! He made an edit on his insurance policy removing his husband from being a beneficiary because- oh my gosh Yoongi his husband died"

"Not only this Hobi but Jin is added as his emergency contact. It says "brother in law" poor Jin he lost his only living family member"

"Okay Yoongi, junkook never told me anything about Jin but he told you, so you need to spill the beans right now. I need to know exactly what happened"

"Look I'll tell you what I know but I think Jungkook lied to me and wanted me to believed Jin was the bad guy but I just can't understand why. As far as I knew JK was so in love with Jin that he was even going to propose"

"Okay now I'm more confused. If he wanted Jin to be his husband why is he calling him a traitor and lying that Jin had a husband?"

"I don't know, so let's start from the beginning: Jungkook had been dating Jin for about four years he came to me one day and said he was gonna mate and marry Jin, a few days later he showed up at my apartment sobbing saying Jin didn't love him and that he had lied to him"

"Did he tell you why!? Did he say what exactly Jin lied about!?

" He said Jin didn't accept being his mate, he tried to mark Jin but the bite disappeared which meant Jin didn't truly accept him as a mate"

" Yoongi, I think Jungkook lied about that I think he was only playing around with Jin and when he noticed the mark take he didn't want Jin to mark him back and complete the mating."

"Why do you say that?? How can you say something like that Hobi?"

"Because this morning Jungkook was having "an allergic " reaction. Right where Jin should've marked him and that's usually what happens when the mating isn't complete. Anytime you're around your mate your body causes you pain at that spot as a punishment for leaving your mate"

"You could be right Hobah but Jungkook has been suffering since Jin rejected him so why would he lie"

"Easy he felt guilty about abandoning Jin and wanted to make himself feel better by playing the victim"

" I've known JK for years I don't think that's true, how can you come up with these theories Hoseok!?"

" Because I haven't told one more piece of information!"

" Hobi spill, I feel like there's way more to this and I don't know how to help Jin or Jungkook"

" Yoongi, I'm almost certain Jungkook lied. When I went down to get Mr. Kim there was two kids down ther-"

"Not possible Hobi , Mr. Kim only has 1 son, Kim soobin-"

"Would you let me finish!? Two kids Yoongi, Soobin and Tae, and while I couldn't take such a close look at Soobin, I did with Tae, he spoke to me and let me tell you Yoongi he looks A LOT like our JK"

"What! No way Hobi!! Thats unbelievable!"

Yes, because something is missing and for sure someone is lying and I need to find out who. I tried telling Hoseok with my eyes I turn to really look at the Jungkook in front of me.
