When all else fails (sundrop x y/n)

New Feelings

Hey! I've noticed people stop reading after the first chapter so if you've been reading still, thank you! I promise it gets better;) 

"I guess we'll have to see." Wow he was charming. The bartender passes us our drinks and we down them all. I was starting to feel fuzzy in the head, and Sunny was looking at me with hunger in his eyes. "What?" I ask. "You're just really attractive, y/n." I blush, was he seriously talking about me? I shift closer to him. "Do you really think that? Or are you just drunk."

"I've thought about it for awhile. You're so special Starlight~" He leans in closer to me, looking me up and down. He tilts his head and asks, "what am I to you?" I gulp, that's a question I wonder... I get butterflies in my stomach just thinking about him. I'm still messed up about Mason... but Sunny... he was something so special to me, did I really like him. Fuck it. I leaned in to kiss him. He kisses back, hungrily.

He wraps his arms around my waist while still holding the kiss. Then he pulls away. "Really? You kissed me...?" I blush, did I make things worse? I look down and scratch the back of my neck, "Y-yeah..." Suddenly I get pulled back by Monty. He dips me down and stares me right in the eyes, he was drunk. "I'd never question a kiss from you, y/n." My eyes widen, was he serious? I know he likes to flirt with me but did he actually like me? I see him start to lean in, was he gonna kiss me?

Then I hear Sunny stand up quick and pull me into his arms. He twirls me around and dips me. "I liked it." What? So he didn't find it awkward when I kissed him. I look over at Monty and he looks angry. "At least I have the balls to say something." Monty says angrily and he pulls me from Sunny. He grabs my waist and I have my back on him. He turns me to look him in the eyes.

"I love you, y/n. I want you all to myself." I was being passed around like a ball. Are they being serious? They're a lot more ballsy now that they're drunk, I guess I was also drunk. "I can make you fall for me." Monty says, looking so sincere. Then Sunny grabs me again. "Don't listen to him, he's drunk."

"So are you! So am I! How do I know either of you are being serious. Sunny, what am I to you?" Sunny and Monty both looked shocked. I guess I shouldn't have yelled because everyone was looking at me. I started to sweat, I was so embarrassed. I pull away from Sunny and run out of the room. I sat in the corner and started to cry. I wanted so badly to move on from Mason but how would I know if Sunny liked me? 

I know now. I feel things for him that I haven't felt before. But was I being played? I hear the door open and somebody came to sit down next to me. It was Chica and Roxy. "Hey sweetie. Whats going on? Talk to us." Chica put her arm around my shoulder and I started to cry more. "I think I like Sunny... But I feel like I'm being played again. Am I just a toy?..." I sob into my hands. "Hey hey hey, you are not a toy. You deserve to be loved no matter what. You are a special person, y/n"

"I agree, you're super special. Don't let stupid boys get the better of you." Roxy states looking at me. I wipe my tears, maybe they're right. I just have to wait and see if they're actually serious. "Thank you guys... I really appreciate it." 

"Of course, y/n. We will always be here for you, just come to us whenever you need." Chica says, sincerely. Roxy nods in agreement. I sniffle and hug them. They are really good friends. "Alright, we have to get back on stage. Stay awesome hun." Then they get up and walk back. I continue to sit in the corner.

"Y/n!" I hear Sunny yell when opening the door. He looks over to where I'm sitting. "Y/n... I... I'm so sorry..." He comes and sits down next to me. "I didn't mean to upset you... I just don't want Monty talking to you in that manner..." I look at him with tears in my eyes. His eyes widened, shocked to see me crying. "I-I'm so sorry! I didn't know I upset you that much... I'm so so so sorry." He wraps his arms around me after wiping the tears from my face.

"I promised I wouldn't let anybody hurt you again... and I hurt you..." I looked up at him to see him crying as well. "I-I'm okay... I just feel these feelings that I haven't felt before and I'm afraid you don't feel the same..." He looks at me in shock, I guess I just confessed... "H-here... let me show you something." He grabs my hand and directs me towards the tower. We climb up and he sits me down. Then he walks over to a poster and he pulls it down to reveal a bunch of drawings... of me?

They were all over with hearts and messages like 'she's so cute' and 'from the day we met'. He looked at me nervous. "I've been drawing you... I can't get you off of my mind... some of these are actually Moons... you've made a huge impact on us, y/n." I blush hard. I'm shocked. I look over at all the drawings and one in particular caught my eye. 'I'm going to protect you my love'. I cover my mouth and start to cry. 

"D-did I hurt you again?! I'm sorry, I didn't mean-" I cut him off, "no, Sunny... I love it." I walk over to him and hug him. It takes him a second but he wraps his arms around me. "Y/n... I lo-". Suddenly we hear a crash. It sounded like a window breaking. Then I hear it... his voice.

"Thought you could keep me away, y/n?"
