They will basically be able to Power Up their SS2 states to almost the same level as SS3 and from there can still go beyond with SS3 getting the x4 Power Boost on top of their already close to SS3 Power, basically their Base will already be close to 400x as Powerful with this form but on top of that they can go another x4 No they won't get SSRage, i like the Form but it just doesn't fit in here also with the fact that i believe it's more of a SS3 answer for Hybrid Saiyans (not counting Gotenks because he is a Fusion) Also i might call this Ascended SS2 or well ASS2
They will also be like a Mix .... they will be mostly like Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta but also will have some of their own Moments too also their Regular IQ and Battle IQ is added on top of their Incarnations IQ and Battle IQ
