Olivia couldn't help but worry that there was something going on with Tom and Rose. Rachel had planted the doubt in her mind and she was worried in case it was true.

When she woke that morning, she saw Tom fast asleep in bed. Olivia climbed out of bed and made her way into Lily's room. She smiled as she saw her daughter fast asleep. She tucked her in and sighed.

Olivia walked downstairs and made some coffee. She felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist. She felt tom kissing her neck and smiled. "Well this is a lovely way to start the morning," she said.

Tom nodded and kissed her. He smirked. "Oh I know. And you love it," he told her.

Olivia turned in Tom's arms so that she was facing him. She pulled his face to her's and kissed him heatedly. She smiled. "I love you. You know that right?"

"I know. I love you too."

The two of them heatedly kissed until they heard Lily waking up. "And now madam is up. There goes my plan for getting some action," Tom joked.

"Behave Thomas."

Tom smirked. "I love it when you call me Thomas."

Olivia and Tom went into work. Tom smiled and kissed her as he walked off to take Lily to the crèche.

Olivia walked over to Charlee. She saw the look on her face. "What's happened?" Olivia asked.

"Max has been granted custody of the baby when she's here. As it's been proven I'm apparently unstable. So I've lost my child," Charlee said.

Olivia was shocked. "What? Why have they said you're unstable?"

"I don't know. But Max has custody of her. I will get her until she's ready to be discharged and then she's going to Max," Charlee sobbed.

Olivia held her sister close as she cried. She felt bad for her. Knowing that Tom giving Max the lawyers number hadn't helped.

"Look at me. I'm going to fix this for you. I promise."

"Okay."

Olivia walked into the staffroom. She smiled as she saw Tom standing there. She looked at him. "You okay?" he asked as he kissed her.

Olivia nodded. She smiled. "My mum is under the impression that you've been getting close to Rose Kelly. I don't know where she's gotten that from. But I want you to know that I love you."

Tom frowned. "I love you too safty. I'm helping Rose with her English. She wants to rejoin the adult learning."

"Okay. That's good. She can make something of herself for the kids," Olivia said as she kissed him.

"Is everything okay?"

"Charlee has lost custody of the baby when she's born. They've proven she's unstable so they've given custody of the baby to Max," Olivia said.

Tom was shocked. "Babe. I'm so sorry."

"Don't be. I'm just pissed that this has happened. All because Max Tyler has to have everything his own way. I hate him," Olivia said.

Tom held her close and smiled. He looked at her. "We'll help her with this. We'll help her keep her baby."

Olivia walked into Rachel's office. She smiled as she saw her mum. "I've talked to Tom about what you told me. He told me he's helping her with the adult learning thing. So I don't know where you got the idea that he's cheating from, but it's not true," she told her.

Rachel looked to her and sighed. "Love. I wouldn't lie to you."

"Actually. There is no adult learning going on here. It was cancelled when Rachel's sister left. So Tom did lie to you," max said.

Olivia turned to him. "Keep your slimy nose out of my business. You've already wrecked Charley's life. You won't interfere in mine," she spat. "You're going to be a rubbish father."

Max smirked. "Just as I was about to say let's come to an arrangement. You've just spoilt any chance of that happening."

Olivia turned and walked off. But why did she feel like Max was about to ruin what she had with Tom?
