Rosie stares at me expectingly too.
"Nia just texted me and said she's pregnant." I'm happy to relay the news like it's my baby or something and that makes me laugh. I knew she was pregnant!
"Noooooo." Zayne groans. "We had hot girl plans!"
"I know, she's sad about it." I say as I send her a text back.

"Ask her if she wanna come over. I miss my friend." Zayne smacks her lips. "Bitch done got pregnant on me."

After lunch, Zayne stops by the store to get some snacks and wraps before she drives us home. Before learning about Nia, I was in a blah mood.
I've been in the dumps about Zayne going back to jail. I want to help her but I don't know how. So I've been trying not to think about it too much.
Unfortunately, it's not working.
Twenty minutes after we get home and settled, Nia shows up, glowing with a frown. When she comes through the door, the first thing she does is groan dramatically and pull me into a sad hug.
"I can't believe I let a nigga baby mama me!" Nia whines as we all sit in the living room.
"I'm sorry girl. Couldn't be me though. Imma return that bitch to sender every time, bitchhhhh." Zayne laughs and my mouth drops.

Rosie giggles and leans against me as Zayne sits next to Nia. I love her cuddles almost as much as I love cuddling her. When her arms are around me, it feels like everything is perfect and I'm in a bubble. I love it so much.

"Oh, aight. If you don't wanna go to the clinic by yourself, hit me up. I'll go witchu." Zayne offers with a straight face.
"Babe, you've had an abortion before?" I finally ask the only question swirling around my head.
"You haven't?" She asks. I open my mouth and then close it again. I never had to get an abortion so no.
