Let's kick off these alternate endings with one of the most disliked episodes: Mewtwo VS Shadow!

Shadow: Ha ha ha, good try, monster, but you're done!
Shadow releases a massive wave of energy that engulfs both Mewtwo and the cave.
Mewtwo: Too... much...
As we cut to outside, a geyser of energy is seen as a purple and yellow orb fly upward. The purple orb is revealed to be Mewtwo, now Mega Evolved into Mega Mewtwo Y, followed the yellow orb revealed to be Super Shadow. They clash multiple times above the cave before Super Shadow raises his hand.
Shadow: Chaos...
Mewtwo: Not this time...
Shadow: Control!
Shadow successfully stops time before Mewtwo could use its power. Shadow then fires multiple Chaos Spears as they impale through the Pokémon. Time is restored as Mewtwo grunts in pain of its injuries. Shadow then flies upwards until he reaches space.
Shadow: It's time to end this!
The golden hedgehog takes off his Inhibitor Rings before careening back down to Earth. Mewtwo looks up and sees Shadow heading right for him.
Mewtwo: Sayonara.
Mewtwo fires a massive Psystrike towards its opponent, but the Ultimate Life Form dashes right through it as the attack dissipates.
Mewtwo: No!
As Shadow gets closer, Mewtwo blocks with its spoon as the hedgehog clashes with the piece of silverware, but eventually the spoon starts to crack before inevitably breaking as the Pokémon is struck head-on by Shadow's attack. Shadow then splits Mewtwo into multiple pieces before starting to glow a dark shade of red.
Shadow: Behold... the ultimate power!
Shadow releases a massive Chaos Blast that engulfs what's left of the deceased Mewtwo and the sky. Shadow then looks around before depowering to base form before smirking, proud of his victory.
Shadow: Hmph, ultimate victory.
KO!
Shadow is seen teleporting away as a Skitty skips past the broken parts of Mewtwo's spoon.
