Star: See ya later, pinkie!
Star attempts to fire a Thermonuclear Butterfly Blast at Steven, time begins to slow down for the half gem hero, which lets him deflect the attack by creating a spiked bubble shield as his opponent watches in awe.
Star: Oooooo~ that's neat!
Now angered, Steven rushes towards Star, increasing his right arm's size for a devastating punch that sends the magical girl downwards. Steven then fires hexagonal projectiles that send Star into the sand below. With his adversary grounded, he forms a pink that traps Star and each of their armies.
Steven: Goodbye, weird bug girl!
The dome starts to shrink, ready to crush everything inside, with Star firing a beam from her wand, but to no avail as the dome continues to shrink. Steven then traps the teenage princess' wand in a bubble, teleporting it away as Star being crying, seemingly defenseless.
Spider with a Top Hat: NEVER SURRENDER!
Now with determination in her eyes, Star claps all six hands together and focuses as red dots appear on the ground. She releases her Mega-Explosive Crystal Laser as it demolishes everything in the dome, including the unicorns, creatures, and Watermelon Stevens. The lasers eventually break through the dome as one of them goes right after Steven. Steven was able to dodge it and rushes right to Star while dodging the incoming laser blasts. He then throws two hexagons at her as they tear through Star's arms, severing them as she yells in pain. Steven traps her in a bubble, creating spikes inside before shrinking it down as the spike impale the Mewman. The bubble gets smaller and smaller as Steven looks on with a sadistic grin. Star is eventually crushed into bloody paste, letting out one last cry of agony before dying.
The bubble dissipated as Star's blood hit the sand. Steven, now realizing what he did, reverts to normal and starts to break down. He just wanted to be left alone, but he pushed himself too far into killing someone who he could've been friends with. He could've solved this issue with words, but violence took over.
He had won the battle... but at the cost of another's life.
KO!
Steven's notices Star's wand as he clenches it tight as it changes its appearance to match him.

Steven sure crushed expectations and proved to be the real Star of this fight.
