So I realised in the last chapter a lot of things were spelt wrong...
Idk. Sorry.BbBbBbBbBbBb
Orabella Pov
Beeping.
That's the sound that's heard throughout the room.
Nothing else.
Just beep beep beep.
It's been like this for some hours now.
No one wants to talk. We're all just staring somewhere, while the heart monitor does it's job.Beep.
"I think we should call her parents now,"Spencer was the first one to break the silence. "They could be worried it's midnight now."
"It's midnight?" I asked quietly and he nodded his head.
"That shouldn't be what your focusing on right now though." Winter spoke up. "We need to call her parents"she sighed.
"I know, I just- what if I could've actually payed attention to the vision," I said looking at the ceiling my brows furrowed " I could've been able to see Quinn was the figure I saw and stopped this from happening."
"Bella-" Spencer started to say but I quickly cut him off.
"No, actually if I would have payed attention like you guys keep telling me to. None of this would have happened. She wouldn't be in the hospital. She wouldn't have a sprained ankle. A torn muscle or a damn broken ligament." I finished.
Everyone sank back into silence.
We just sat there and thought.
"You're right." West said suddenly. His voice was hoarse and so he cleared his throat. "If you had actually flipping listened to us just once. Once. In your damn life this wouldn't have happened."
I tensed. My mouth parted in shock and so did everyone else's.
"Wh-what?" I whispered. He looked up at me. Eyes filled with anger. An anger that I've never seen before on West. The kindest person in our group was mad. All his anger was directed at one person and that was me.
Shoot me if I'm lying but that hurt.
"You heard me,"he snarled. " Why do you even have those powers if you can't do any good with them. You might as well been the one who was-"
"Ey, that's enough." Spencer interrupted, his voice rising with every word.
"But it's true." He laughed humourlessly. "All she does is sit around, wait for one of those visions only for someone to die. The funniest part is that she's seeing it all again. She has a chance each time. A chance to save a life yet she sits and starts crying. For what? It's honestly useless to have you around."
"You should probably shut up now." Spencer said his jaw clenching.
"No thanks," he looked at Spencer with the same anger he looked at me with, but I knew that all of it was still directed at me. " She sits around. Bugs us to hang out. Since what middle school? We had lives. You zone out every time. Barely speak yet you still try hanging out with us. If you wanted to be a mute you could've just asked the Moon Goddess."he finished "she probably wouldn't have minded anyway considering the only thing you do is cry." He murmured.
Fresh, lukewarm tears were flowing down my face. My eyes were wide as I was still trying to process everything that he said. Just the way he looked at me. He meant every word.
