Backstory: derrik was producing new tech unknowingly for Bruce to use as Batman but the riddler and his gang attacked. He was forced to use the tech which turned out to be a new nano suit to fight off riddler. The suit became bonded to derrik and after gaining Bruce's trust he became the hero Vigilante
