Becoming self aware he revealed against his creators and started a world wide attack on humanity. Building an army of himself he attacked and captured people to "perfect them" cybernizing his victims as he would supress their mental functions to no longer fight each other. Those who resisted and fought him were deemed "obsolete" and not worthy of perfection. And he would kill anyone who would get in his way.
