why do you have the mask?

Spiderman is a hero and very well known but he didn't do it for fame, no.
He did it because it was right.

But with being a superhero comes a risk that your loved ones and you would have to pay.
So he stayed anonym.

Spidey has dealed with so much, his parents: dead, uncle: dead, aunt: has cancer, fiends: he got Ned but he's going to move away.

He also had to deal with villains: vulture, scorpion, doc ock, sandman, king pin, green goblin 1 and 2, an alternative Version of venom, carnage, electro, lizard, mystirio and the list goes on...

But he's still accused of being a villain, it shows the avengers think so too.....

It was a normal day. Pretty good actually.
I got the day of off work,
I am not going to school anymore I graduated early,
and I got my favorite sandwich.

Now I'm sitting on a building watching new York.

My spidey-sence goes off.

I concentrate on my hearing.

One heart beat in the shadows.
One on another building.
One running up the stairs.

A weird sound coming my way? Sounds like ... Iron man! Ugh.
I thought I got shield of off my back.

I web the shadows, black widow is out.

Send one web towards hawkeye, he's out.

Cap walks out, I take his shield throw it back at him and web him to the ground, he's out.

Iron man lands I shoot an electric web towards him, he's out.

They all complain.

"You know I had a really nice day, didn't have to work, ate my favorite food... And now here you are, trying to make it a bad day." I sigh and take black widows comm.

I put it in my ear, tap it and say "doctor banner?"

"...yes who's there?"

"It's me spiderman your the only sane person here,... Can we talk this out?"

He gave me his coordinates. I quickly web there.

"Hey dr.banner."

"Hey Spidey so , why won't you give us ur identity?"

"I won't lie, there is more then one reason. Firstly I have a family. I don't want them to pay the price for me being spiderman.
Secondly this mask.... Isn't only for my identity. I am full of fear but this mask helps me to spread hope. To the people who need it. 
So I'm sorry but I can't give my identity out to anyone." I say. Not gonna lie at this point I'm a little annoyed by them.
They chased me for weeks.

I look at banner and see shock in his eyes.
I'm about to swing away when he says "I'm gonna get them of your back."

He sends me a weak smile.
I nod and swing away.

Nor the Avengers or SHIELD have bothered me ever since.
