The Hunt | Chapter 19

TIME SKIP: 1 MONTH

Ralsei: Kris? Where are you?

Kris was nowhere to be seen, Ralsei tried to call them but no answer. He left the castle and saw no one else was around, even Seam was gone, which is never a good thing. It seemed like Ralsei was alone again calling out to anyone, but no one answered.

Ralsei: Hello! Anyone?

No one. Ralsei tried calling everyone, but no one answered. He even tried to call Toriel or Asriel, but they didn't pick up as well. Ralsei soon started to tear up.

Ralsei: C'mon guys! Just end this prank! It's not funny! Please! Please...

Ralsei just started to cry, but that was when a mysterious figure he had never seen before tapped him on the shoulder offering him a tissue. He took it and wiped his tears away while the figure just watched.

Ralsei: T-Thank you. B-But who are you? Do you know where everyone is?

The mysterious figure just handed him a note, he looked down at it and when he looked back up the mysterious figure had disappeared into thin air. The note was written in greek, one language he could not read, but then Ralsei remembered Kris' glasses so he ran to go look for them. But everywhere he would check there would just be a silly little note telling him it wasn't there.

Ralsei: I know what this is! It's like another treasure hunt! Well i'm a master at them!

Ralsei now finally understood what it was and was very excited, but after searching for a long time he finally found the glasses stuffed in the plushie of him that was Kris'. Ralsei hated cutting it open as Kris would never forgive him, but if he was going to read the note then he had to. Once he finally got the glasses out of the plushie he put them on and opened the note to read what it said.

Ralsei: "Good job! It looks like you have found the glasses! I hope you didn't do too much damage to that plushie. But here's your next clue: When the cake has been baked, rake the garden with your claw." So bake a cake? Easy!

Ralsei left the bedroom where he was after putting the glasses in his pocket, he rushed down to the kitchen and when he got there he saw all of the ingredients and instructions. But this cake was very different to the one he would usually make.

Ralsei: This wasn't here before, and what are all of those ingredients?

He walked over to the ingredients and picked up the instructions on how to make it, and it turns out it was the instructions to the most complicated cake in the world, but he was up to the challenge. He followed the instructions very carefully making sure not to mess up the order of doing things, he even didn't spill anything which was a first as he would always shake a little while putting the ingredients into the bowl.

Once the batter was done he looked at it in it's green greatness and put it in the oven to bake. But he only had to wait 10 minutes as the cake didn't take long to bake, he even got it out as soon as 10 minutes passed as he wanted to make it as perfect as possible. He put it on top of the oven allowing it to cool and when it finally did he saw a design of the garden on the top. It showed where something was buried and he ran out not bothering to eat the cake.

He got to the spot and degan digging through the dirt with his claws like a dog, sure he didn't like making holes in his garden unless it was for plants but he made an exemption this time. After digging for a while and getting his nails and paws covered in mud and dirt he found the next clue which was another note written in greek again.

Ralsei: "Nice one! 2/10!" 2/10!? I guess I know what i'm doing all day. "But here's your next clue: The princess lays in the day, but when she eats off her fancy tray, then the knight shall play." Oh! That rhymed so well! I love it! But I should wash my paws off first.
