Oras, an Agent that came from the Philippines. A recent Agent that joined Valorant along with his twin sister, Neon.
( They are not identical twins.)
Possessing the ability to bend time to his own will, whether it be accelerating, rewinding, or stoping. He also really likes jamming with his sister like every Pinoy out there. Mabuhay!
When using abilities, his left eye will go Kurumi. It's impossible to not know that im talking about... Weebs.

Ability 1/Q: Plashy plays
Throws a flash that only blinds your enemies, but has a 1 second delay before popping. Has to bounce on a surface to activate. Can be used 2 times a round.
Ability 2/C: Fast as fuck boi!
Dashing from one place to another by accelerating time around him. Kinda like Omen's teleport, but there must be no obstacles. Has infinite range, but your destination must be within your line of sight. Has a split second delay after casting. Can be used 3 times a round.
Signature Ability/E: Backpre!
Rewinds you back to where you were 5 seconds ago.... Thats it... Anyways, it has a 20 second cool down, cool down will reset after every kill.
Ultimate/X: Gears of Time
Using his full potential, Oras will stop time around the entire map. Has a 10 second start up, and a ten second duration. Using his ultimate will reveal your location via a beacon of light and the face of a clock with moving gears around it. The hands on the clock will do a full rotation before slowing down and finally coming to a halt. After that, the world will shatter, leaving everything in a black and white color except for Oras. (ZA WARUDOOOOOO!!!!!!) All enemies and teammates will freeze in his world, as well as the match's timer. The start up will reduce from 10 seconds, to 5 Seconds if you are the last one alive in your team. If you have an enemy Oras, they will be able to move in your ultimate for about 5 Seconds... After the ultimate, Oras will enter a vulnerable state for about 3 Seconds. Ultimate requires 12 ult points.
When Neon and Oras is in the same team, both of them will receive a few buffs. Like: Neon gets faster, and pulls out her weapon faster after sliding. Oras' cool downs will reduce, and pulls out his gun faster after using skills.
