💋Chapter 1💋
Jimin POV
Fireworks streaked into the night sky to explode into a thousand sparks, showering Seoul Olympic Stadium in their beautiful colors as Army sang along to Mikrokosmos. The crowd was like a soothing balm to Park Jimin's soul as he watched them with sparkling tearful eyes, feeling thankful for the dedication and energy they gave freely to him without hesitation.
It was their last concert for the Love Yourself Saga and emotions were high now that it was time to say goodbye. There will be no more Serendipity stages. No longer would he have to pop that familiar bubble to give army another memorable performance and that felt bittersweet. He tried to take it all in, branding the image into his memory as he and the other members of BTS stepped onto the lowering platform, waving their hands and blowing kisses to the crowd as the platform jerked to life and slowly descended under the stage.
‘It's really over,’ Jimin smiled tiredly, dragging himself off the platform to wander over to his still sniffling leader to comfort him. He eased up behind Namjoon, placing his hand on the small of his back and rubbed soothing circles as he cooed at him, drawing the other's attention.
"Aww, Namjoonie cried." Hoseok drawled, heart lips pressed into a fond smile as he eyed the now shy leader.
"Shut up, I'm already embarrassed enough." Namjoon answered back, shaking his head as answering giggles spilled from the members.
"Don't be, Hyung. What you said was very touching and I think we all understand how you feel." Jimin spoke over their giggles, bumping his shoulder against his leader as they stepped into the break room to film a bangtan bomb. The member's shared their thoughts one by one and Jimin listened to all of them, nodding and agreeing with them until it was time to get ready to leave.
He groaned as he lifted himself from the couch and quickly changed into more comfortable clothes, swapping out his stage clothes for sweats and a hoodie before setting out to drag his insufferable maknae from the snack table so they could go home.
"Let's go! I'm ready to go home already!" He screeched, stomping his foot impatiently as Jungkook laughed and tried to shove a last minute loaded flatbread sandwich into his mouth. He stood there tapping his foot and pointing towards the exit threateningly until Jungkook hefted his heavy bag over his shoulder and scampered over, ducking the swat to the back of his head as he burst through the doors and hopped into the van with a cute giggle.
Jimin rolled his eyes, a small smile covering his face as he followed after his adorable maknae and climbed into the SUV behind him. The ride was rather uneventful aside from them exchanging memes or commenting about their performance trending on Twitter the whole ride to their hotel. He checked his messages- or rather checked if his lover ever replied to the messages he's been sending all day since this morning and found none.
It was odd, real fucking odd that his lover never replied to a single text even though he clearly read it.
He, as in Kang Seowon. His secret boyfriend of two years.
Jimin never let it slipped to the members that he was gay. Actually he never felt like he needed to with the way he and his partner understood one another. His sexuality shouldn't be their business but unfortunately it was. He always knew he was gay but he also knew how his country treated people like him. Ridiculed them and treated them with contempt as if who they laid with affected them personally.
Jimin believed his members wouldn't treat him differently if he ever told them one day but his boyfriend convinced him not too. Saying the least that knew the truth was for the better. A secret kept between two people was easier to protect and Jimin couldn't help but agree. However, there was trouble in paradise.
