Hi!

So I wake up right? And what's the first thing I do? You sit up maybe stretch grab your phone or whatever right?

Yeah no arm says no

I can hardly bend my right arm or reach raise just straight up anything with it without being in pain while my left is completely fine

I blame my pe teacher like back into pe after not doing it for over a month and it's like okay so your going run for 10 straight then do 80 sit ups then jump rope till the end of class

Mind you this is after over a month of not doing this and no we don't even ease into it we walk into class Monday and she pulls that shit

(Oh yeah I usually don't censor stuff here so uh this is your warning from now on)

Then tuesdays and Thursday we have to lift weights which already makes everyone sore and stuff (again after doing nothing for over a month) and we weren't at school Wednesday so take that how you will and on Friday we played hockey (not actual hockey just a version of it) so not too bad right?

So why is my right arm literally dead and useless at the moment?
