"How old is he?" Ivy asked.

"He's Sam's age." Daniel said. "Why do you care so much?"

"I just wanna know." Ivy said, placing her hands on her hips. "Wanna know who I'm working with."

Daniel looked at his daughter with suspicion in his eyes, scanning her face for any dishonesty.

"I swear I don't know this kid!" Ivy said, lifting her hands in the air.

"Daniel?" Amanda said as she knocked on the door. "Oh hi, Vi." She said as she walked in.

"You put me up to this, how could you forget that I was here?" Ivy said, looking at her mom.

"You were being so quiet." Amanda said.

"What did you need honey?" Daniel said, walking up to Amanda.

"Robby is outside, he's waiting to meet you."

"Well then." Daniel smiled. "Let's go, Vi."

"You must be Robby." Daniel said as he and Ivy walked into the showroom.

"You must be Mr. LaRusso." Robby smiled, walking towards Ivy and Daniel.

"Robby, this is my daughter Ivy." Daniel said, motioning towards the girl standing next to him.

"Wow, you two look identical." Robby chuckled. "Could tell that you're related from a mile away."

That much was very true.

Daniels Italian genes had dominated, leaving Ivy as his twin. She has his chocolate brown eyes, his jawline, his ageless features. She was his copy, and everyone knew it.

"She's going to be working with you this week." Daniel said, turning to look at his daughter. "Since she got in trouble."

Robby cocked his eyebrow, smiling at the girl.

"I gave my brother a drink that's been expired for 2 years, not that big of a deal." She shrugged.

Daniel and Robby laughed, exchanging glances.

"Vi, you're going to sort inventory." Daniel said, causing the girl to groan. "Robby, I've got a special task for you."

"Dad, can I just get Louie to do it?" Ivy sighed, giving Daniel puppy eyes.

"You're pushing it young lady." Daniel said, narrowing his eyes at her. "Maybe I'll drive you to get ice cream after work."

"Good luck." Robby laughed.

"Yeah." Ivy said sarcastically, rolling her eyes as she walked away.

"This is bullshit!" She exclaimed as she threw down a folder, letting the papers fly out. "I can't read that!"

She sighed heavily as she sat down on the floor, the papers surrounding her.

Ivy had never been good with numbers, excelling in history and English. Numbers confused her, causing her to panic. She never did good on math tests, always flunking.

Mr. Miyagi had always been there for her, helping her through important math tests in school when she was younger.

"Ivy-San, person special from heart, not brain." Replayed in her head each time she got tripped up on math, or making tough decisions.

"Ivy? Are you-" Daniel cut himself off as he surveyed the room, papers in very crevice. "Sweetheart, are you okay?" He said as he rushed to the distraught girl sitting on the floor.
