Marcus Lopez x Reader One-shots

~"kiss me you fool"~

(yes the picture is wolfstar i thought i would share my suffering iykyk) so um... im laying in the dark, listening to sad music at three in the morning as one does and decided to try and write some fluff for you all. (this one is gking to be short and sweet) <3 

I had asked Marcus out around 3 months ago (bold I know) and everything has been going great since then. He seems like this bad boy in front of everyone but when it's just me and him together it's a completely different story. He's sweet and adorable, always hugging me and telling me how amazing I am.

Although we hug, hold hands, and talk about everything with each other, we've never kissed. Yes, he kisses my cheek and forehead but that's about it, never on the lips. I've thought about this a lot but maybe he just isn't ready or doesn't want to. I don't hold it against him though, when he's ready we will.

We were in our room, listening to music and dancing around with each other, using a hairbrush as a microphone. The music was so loud, I'm surprised no one came in and told us to turn it down.

He had the 'microphone' and was yelling with his eyes closed, really getting into the song. (It can be any song you'd like.)

'Adore you' by harry styles starts playing and he walks toward me. "I get so lost inside your eyes." He sings, making direct eye contact with me and refusing to look away.

He takes my hand and spins me like 5 times until I get dizzy and fall over to the ground.

I start laughing so hard I can't breathe and he starts apologizing like crazy. "Oh my god, y/n I'm so sorry." He says.

"I'd walk through fire for you, just let me adore you." I sing while cupping his face with my hand. He smiles and pulls me up off of the ground.

The song ended and 'this side of paradise' started playing. We started jumping to the beat, holding each others hands. I love it when he's like this.

"So if you're lonely, darling you're glowing." He sings to me.

"If you're lonely come be lonely with me." I finish the lyric with him.

We start slowing down and we start rocking in place, almost like it's our wedding night. It doesn't really go with the song but it's okay.

He puts his hand under my chin, gently, and pushes hair behind my ear. He slowly starts moving his face toward mine and it clicks. Oh my god, he's about to kiss me! I move my face in closer, just as slow as he is, but he stops as if asking for permission. "Kiss me you fool." I tell him, inching closer to him.

He presses his lips against mine.

I can feel him smile into the kiss and just as the song ends, he pulls away from me. He rests his forehead on mine, grinning softly. "I've wanted to do that for so long, you have no idea." He tells me quietly.

"Me too."

He hugs me and throws me onto the bed, playfully. He jumps on me and starts tickling me. "Why didn't you do it then?" He questions me, laughing.

"I didn't know if you wanted to or not." I reply, barely even breathing from laughing so hard.

"Well, I did."

He kisses me one last time and lays down next to me, and now we're just listening to the music, both smiling about what just happened.

I started this at 3:03 and its now 3:46- hopefully this wasn't too bad I think it was kinda cute. Love you all -author <3
