PROMISE : Seven

"How come you're alive?" Cheolhan couldn't help to ask. He's digging his own grave.

"Why? Did you wish for me to be dead?" Jeonghan asked and shot a death glare at Cheolhan. He's not afraid anymore.

"Bitch!" Soohyang was about to slap Jeonghan, but Jeonghan caught her hand.

"I pity you," Jeonghan said, that made Soohyang grit her teeth. She's so mad right now. "At first, I was so insecure about you."

"Imagine being a girl that has the ability to seduce any man you want including my man?" Jeonghan eyed her from head to toe.

"But I think I'm your biggest insecurity." Jeonghan said, making Soohyang boiling mad!

"Who do you think you are?! You're just a pathetic bitch who keeps on chasing Seungcheol!" Soohyang shouted but Jeonghan immediately lets go of her wrist and slapped her.

"I was his husband, and you tried to take him away from me. I have my bestfriends, and you also tried to persuade them to turn their backs on me. But pity you," Jeonghan looked at her straight onto her eyes. "You keep on trying to get the things that are already meant for others. I have everything that you wanted."

"Bitch!" Soohyang attempted to slap Jeonghan, but Seungcheol hurriedly protected Jeonghan from Soohyang's slap.

"Enough, Soohyang!" Seungcheol said and looked at Soohyang with a serious face. The face that won't let anyone hurt his Yoon Jeonghan.

"Aunt Seunghee," Soohyang's world crashed even more when she saw her brother. Yoonwoo.

"Yoonwoo," Seunghee smiled with the young man in front of him.

Yoonwoo smiled back at Seunghee, but his smile vanished away when he noticed Jeonghan's hand holding Seungcheol's.

"Y-Yoonwoo..?" Mr Cho appeared out of nowhere upon seeing his son that he never got to saw for a while.

"It's been five months, Dad." Yoonwoo greeted his father.

"Y-Yoonwoo you're with them?" Soohyang couldn't believe her eyes. She knew that he's with them ever since that video of Yoonwoo clearing Jeonghan's name in the public.

"The real fight is just starting, sis." Yoonwoo smiled at his sister.

"Seungcheol, come with us." Seunghee said and held Seungcheol's hand.

Nagyeol looked at his brother, persuading him to come with them. Seungcheol looked at Cheolhan who's looking at him fiercely.

"I'll go with you, Mom." Seungcheol said while looking straight onto Cheolhan's eyes. He deserved to not be chosen.

"I'm sorry, Dad. But I think you can run the company alone." Seungcheol said before grabbing Jeonghan's hand and turned his back on his Dad.

Seunghee left with her two children, Nagyeol and Seungcheol, together with Jeonghan and Yoonwoo.

Cheolhan couldn't believe everything that had happened. He lost the perfect heir, and now everything is starting to fall apart because the marriage that he arranged for his son got ruined due to Jeonghan's return together with Seunghee.

The five of them got out of the venue. The party got ruined, but Seungcheol's 23rd birthday was complete.

"I wanna sit beside Mom," Nagyeol said, looking at the car in front of them. Seunghee's car.

"Sure. The three of them can sit at the backseat." Seunghee gave Nagyeol a meaningful smile.

The three, especially Jeonghan has no choice but to sit at the backseat.

Seungcheol and Yoonwoo both opened both of the car doors and said in unison, "Jeonghan come in,"

Nagyeol looked awkwardly at Jeonghan. Now, two guys are voluntarily opening doors for him.

"His hair is quite long," Nagyeol mumbled to herself, and Seunghee laughed upon hearing it.

"U-Uh," Jeonghan seemed can't decide. Seunghee then suddenly interrupted, "Just get in here. Nagyeol sit beside your brother at the backseat."

Nagyeol hopped out of the car and left the door open for Jeonghan to get in and sit beside Seunghee instead in front.

Yoonwoo disappointedly hopped inside the car and closed the car door. Nagyeol hopped in the car, sitting in between Yoonwoo and Seungcheol.

Both Seungcheol and Yoonwoo thought that this is a chance for them to sit beside Jeonghan inside the car but how unlucky of them that Seunghee made Jeonghan sit beside her.

"Put on your seatbelts." Seunghee said before starting the engine.

They reached a luxury condominium. "Come in," Seunghee said, and the four of them came in.

Nagyeol is in awe. It's so royal and expensive looking just with the furnitures.

"Jeonghan's taste matched with mine," Seunghee said.

Jeonghan fell in love with Seungcheol and Seunghee fell in love with Cheolhan. Yes, the taste.

"I'll get going now, Aunt Seunghee." Yoonwoo said and the four turned their backs on Yoonwoo.

"Alright. Jeonghan please make sure that he gets home safely." Seunghee said, and you can clearly see how much Seungcheol wants to protest.

"Sure, eommonim." Seungcheol's eyes widened, not with Jeonghan's response, but with what Jeonghan called his mother.

Eommonim.

"Take care, Yoonwoo-ssi," Seunghee said and bid a goodbye on Yoonwoo who's accompanied by Jeonghan.

"Yoonwoo is such a nice guy," Seunghee complimented, staring at the door.

"Pft." Seungcheol scoffed. He can't deny that Yoonwoo is indeed nice, but he can't help but to compare himself to him.

"If I were Jeonghan, I would definitely pick him." Seunghee chuckled, and stole a glance on Seungcheol who seems like avoiding the topic.

"Don't you think they're suitable for each other?" Seunghee asked and turned her head on Seungcheol.

Nagyeol suppressed her laughter upon seeing her brother's expression. "I'm gonna go in my room." Seungcheol said.

"But you don't know yet where your room is!" Nagyeol teased her brother with him walking out.

"I'll just wait for a cab here," Yoonwoo turned his head on Jeonghan. He smiled. He can't really help his smile whenever Jeonghan is around.

"Don't stare at me like that," Jeonghan chuckles. It's been a long time, yet Yoonwoo's feelings for Jeonghan never changed even just a bit.

"Does Seungcheol even know how lucky he is to have you?" Yoonwoo directly asked. He's not afraid to show his feelings anymore and be straightforward than before.

"Yoonwoo, we already talked about this," Jeonghan said. He already cleared everything out to Yoonwoo that all he can offer to him is friendship.

"I know. I just really can't stop loving you, Jeonghan." Yoonwoo said and caressed Jeonghan's cheeks.

Jeonghan slowly removes Yoonwoo's hand. "I'll get going now. Eommonim might think I'm taking too long to accompany you," Jeonghan smiled a bit.

It's always Seungcheol, and Yoonwoo already accepted that. It's just that, he can't stop his feelings. He can't stop his heart to beat for Jeonghan.

Jeonghan is his first love too.
