I woke up, once again blinded by the lights around me. I looked up to see a man sitting on a chair beside my bed, he noticed me and said "I've been instructed to give you these clothes," he held out folded clothes to me, I took them. "And to escort you to your quarters. There is a private place to change just behind you."
I looked behind me to see a curtain to be used as a makeshift changing room. I sighed and started towards the room.

Once I had finished I stepped out, the man was waiting for me, "This way," he said, gesturing towards the door. I followed him towards my room.
When I got there, the great, red doors waiting for me turned out to be the doors to my room. I pushed them open and saw a luxurious room. With glittering gold sparkling everywhere, and a huge king-sized bed at the other end of the room.
"Thank you!" I said breathlessly to the servant.
"No problem," he smiled. "Your uniforms are in the closet, there is a set off casual clothes as well. You can buy more in town. If you need any help, the servant's quarters are down there." He pointed down the hall.
"Thank you so much, may I ask what your name is?"
The servant looked shocked, "I can honestly say no one from the Guild has ever asked me that before. My name is Kairo. Oh, by the way, you must put on a uniform and immediately leave for the Grand Hall. Which is just down the hall, you can't miss it."
"Kairo, thank you for all your help." I smiled. Kairo smiled back at me and walked away.
I sighed, time to get ready. I thought.
I put on a uniform and went to the Grand Hall.

I walked down the hall, like Kairo said, and he was right. There was absolutely no way you could miss it. Unless you were blind. The doors were huge, about 4 meters wide each and 10 meters tall. A sign was above it that said Soleos' Grand Hall. I smiled to myself.
"Yes, I founded this Guild. This was the first room we ever used." Soleos' said in my head.
"You can talk!" I exclaimed. I startled myself, I looked around to make sure no one had seen that.
"Of course I can! What's the point of me being inside you if I can't communicate with you?" He replied, of course it made sense.
"Right, but how do I talk to you without talking out loud?" I asked.
"You already did it. You just think something in your head, and I will hear it, but to do that, you must imagine energy going from your brain to your chest."
I tried it out: "Did this work?"
"Yes! Well done, I'm surprised you could do it so quickly since it requires magic. And you've never used magic before. It is quite simple though, if you know how to do it."
"OK, I need to go to the great hall. Help me if you can, I might be asked some questions I don't know how to answer."
"Copy that!"
I walked forward and pushed open the huge doors. Rows and rows of tables filled to the brim with people was what I first saw. At the other end of the room was a stage, and on top of the stage were seats, occupied by people. I guessed they were important people. There was one empty seat, however.
"Welcome!" the old man boomed. He was sat on one of the seats on the stage. He stood up to greet me. All chatter and conversation stopped, and all eyes were on me and the old man.
