The rest of the year was pretty plain. Went to school, went to a baking club, did homework, helped out my siblings, made 1 new friend, who had just moved here from East Africa. Her Name was Joanana McCarthy, but I just call her Jo or Joan. And it turns out she also loves baking. She likes Qumbe, which is East African coconut candy. She gave me one to try and it tastes amazing! And ofcourse, she also joined the club. And after the first 8 classes (for her), she got into the second level, but had to wait until 7th grade too.
And in May, Mr.Mauliu got fired. If you wonder who told the principal that he is really mean, let me tell you. No one. The principal had already given a warning to Mr.Mauliu at the beginning of the year. And the principal looked at the security cameras at least 3 times every month, so she eventually found out. Right after the principal fired him, he came up to me, and told me that I will NEVER be a good baker, I guess he just did not like me, well I knew that he did not.
For the rest of the year, I was one of the Bake Planners. The Bake Planners make goods and then sell them for money, and then give 75% of that to charity and use the other 25% to buy more ingredients for more baked goods to sell. It's a fun job.
And by the very end of the year, it turned out that a word was spreading about me. That I had Baked the Odds.
