Third Person's POV:
In a cell on the Prison Island Titania, A werewolf daemon is dropped into one of the cells. It looks around then sees a prisoner sitting. She gets up and her left hand becomes a dark red daemon-like claw. She charges and easily takes it down. "On that day, the world began to change." The prisoner said, walking up to the werewolf. "Men and beasts possessed by evil spirits. Hunting and killing anyone they could." She said, placing the claw on the werewolf and began to absorb it. "But even in the depths of despair, only two things matter to me." The prisoner said, as she devoured the werewolf. "The taste of blood-soaked flesh." The prisoner said. "And revenge upon one man." She added.
Then in another area, A boy a year younger than the prisoner felt this pain somehow as he woke up from sleeping. "Huh?" He said, getting up as he got a long wooden staff and walked to a clearing beside the spot he was sleeping. "That presence. It felt familiar. But where did it come from?" The boy thought.

Velvet's POV:
"Laphi! Time to wake up." I said, walking into his room. "Ah..okay." He said. "Morning." I said. "I told you to stop calling me Laphi. I'm not a little kid anymore." Laphi said. "Huh, Grumble-grumble, you must be feeling good." I said, feeling his temperature. "Hmm. Your fever still hasn't gone down. But at least the new medicine is coming today." I said. "Until then, you have to stay in bed." I said. "But I'm going to the cape today." Laphi said. "No, you are not. I'm going to make you some meatball stew. Be good, and go back to bed." I said, getting an apron and beginning to cook.
"Geez Velvet, if you keep being stubborn, you'll never get married." Laphi said. "What?!" I said, blushing. "Don't say stuff like that and go back to bed already!" I shouted. "Ok, ok. I will." Laphi said. "Oh yeah. Arthur said that he won't be able to get the medicine because he's busy." He said. "He did? Hmm, that means I can go boar hunting and trade it for the medicine." I said. "I'm sorry, sis. Arthur says he's also sorry, too." Laphi said, as I pinched his cheeks. "No need to apologize! We're family after all!" I said, as I walked out.
"If I'm on the hunt for prickleboars, I'd better try the Tranquil Woods outside of town." I said, as I headed into town. "This is for Laphi's medicine, so I can't mess it up." I added. "Good morning, Velvet!" Someone said, as I saw Mr. and Ms Wolf. "Good morning, Mr. and Ms. Wolf!" I said. "Are you going to boar hunting?" Ms. Wolf asked. "I am. It's for Laphi's medicine, after all!" I replied. "I spoke with some doctors about it, and luckily, they said they'll bring it here as soon as they can." Mr. Wolf said. "Really? Thank you, Mr. Wolf!" I said. "Well, It wasn't just my idea. It was also Brendan's. He also wants Laphicet to feel better." He said, then realized something. "Maybe I can bring Brendan." I added. "He went for a walk in the Tranquil Woods. So you should be able to find him." Mrs. Wolf said. "Thank you!" I said, running to find him. "Knowing him, He's going to be asleep in a tree." I thought.
Brendan's POV:
Walking through the forest, I was taking in the great sounds and smells. "What a beautiful day." I said, continuing my walk. "My name is Brendan Wolf. I'm a fifteen-year-old boy in the village of Aball. I've lived here with my parents for 13 years after we moved, where I met Velvet and Laphicet Crowe along with Arthur and Celica. Velvet and I became friends immediately when we were just toddlers." I thought, then I nearly tripped. "Whoa!" I said, as I held my staff and used it to feel what I hit. "Oh. It's probably a tree root." I said.
"The problem I have is I'm blind. When I was eight, a spitting cobra spat directly into my eyes, so my dad and Arthur gave me a wooden staff to help me get around, and Velvet helped by being my eyes too." I thought, and then I heard some grunting. "Prickleboars?" I said, and then the grunting got louder. "Yeah. It's prickleboars." I said, standing my ground. "Now, how many?" I thought, as I listened and heard a grunt and another. "Two?" I thought. "Ok. Come and get me!" I said, as I heard charging and dodged. "My second maxim: Hold your ground until the last possible moment and then strike!" I shouted, using my Swift Strike and hitting the first prickleboar. "That's one." I said, as I heard the one coming as I blocked its charge and countered with my Spinning Slash. "And that's two." I said. "That was easy." I said, as I continued my walk.
