Eren cares deeply and dearly for Historia and for all of his friends.
This wasn't like any of the other music or songs they'd heard, it was a gentle piano hitting the notes so elegantly. Like all the worries and stress were lifting off their chest.
But that one sound in the background felt more relief and calm than any of the instruments.
Levi "What's that sound?"
Shinshinjane "That is the sound of ocean waves rolling onto the shoreline."
Armin was about to open his mouth to ask her more questions, but Shinshinjane stops him and silently tells him to be quiet and just listen.
