Santana opened the front door "Oh hello Jeff"
Jeff smiled at her "Fancy a walk?"
"Um where?" Santana asked
Jeff shrugged "We could always go and see Nick, he missed you"
"That's sweet of him" Santana said
"And so did everyone else" Jeff said cautiously
"Good to know I'm still loved around here" Santana said sarcastically
"Just come on" Jeff sighed
"Why?" Santana asked
"There's cake" Jeff said
Santana locked her door "Off we go then"
Jeff chuckled as they walked to Dalton "You alright San?"
"Yes" She said as they walked into where the Warblers practised
Sebastian and Hunter were the only ones in there, Sebastian started singing

Santana smirked and turned to Jeff "Jeff, I'm very disappointed in you"
Jeff sighed "I'm sorry San I just thought"
Santana interrupted him "You said there was cake and I see no cake"
Jeff laughed "There was cake, I swear"
"Nick took it" Hunter said with a laugh
"He owes me cake" Santana said seriously
"I'll get you some cake" Jeff said as he and Hunter left the room
"So.." Sebastian said awkwardly
"Nice song I haven't heard it before" Santana said
"Yeah" Sebastian sighed lightly "It's just one I found"
"Are you using it for nationals?" Santana asked with a slight smile
"No, Hunter doesn't think it would suit us" Sebastian said
"I thought you chose the songs?" Santana asked
"I do but I think it's nice to get other people's opinion on it too" Sebastian admitted
"Oh okay" Santana said "Well um.. I'm gonna get going, tell Jeff I'll either be at the Lima Bean or McKinley"
Sebastian nodded "Bye Lopez"
"Bye Smythe" Santana said before she left
"Where's San?" Jeff said, holding some cake
"Either at the Lima Bean or that public school she used to go to" Sebastian said
"Did you tell her?" Jeff asked curiously
"No" Sebastian said quickly
Jeff sighed and shook his head "You should do it soon you know" Jeff left to find Santana
"Santana?" Jeff said as he walked into the auditorium at McKinley
"Yeah" Santana said, she was sat on the edge of the stage
Jeff walked up to her "What's up?"
Santana sighed "Nothing"
"Then why are you here?" Jeff asked
"I sometimes come here to think" Santana admitted
"About?" Jeff sat next to her
"Cake" Santana laughed
