Promise (Beigguang)

Grunts were heard as the two girls bumped into each other,the books falling on top of their heads.

"How rude of you-" Just when she was about to give them a scolding about how they shouldn't run in the hallways,she noticed that it was the one and only,Beidou. "Oh sorry Ning. I'm just trying to get these books to the teachers' office." It was weird Beidou was saying this because she'd never help the teachers. Is this a change of heart? Ningguang thought to herself.

Beidou chuckled and smiled nervously. "Wait,since when did you help teachers?" Ningguang asked, skeptical about why Beidou would help the teachers. "What do you mean why, gorgeous?I've always been a nice person." She smirked at the other slyly and leaned in closer to Ningguang's face.

The school counselor was not buying it. She pulled Beidou's tie and leaned in closer to her. "Oh drop the act..Can't tell your girlfriend?" Ningguang whispered the part girlfriend in Beidou's ear,sending shivers down the delinquent's spine. They've been secretly dating for over a year now,not one person has found out.

As much as they both wanted to spend more time together,they weren't in the same class. The bell rang and Ningguang got up,lending a hand to Beidou. When Beidou tried to grab her hand,she took her hand back,making Beidou slip on the ground. "See you later,dear." She blew a kiss to Beidou,walking away.

Beidou was left on the ground,amused with her girlfriends' antics and smirked to herself,grabbing her books.

Just after class,the two met up again. "How'd you do?" Ningguang asked Beidou,clutching her test paper. "I can't go to the same college as you,Ning." Ningguang raised a brow,crossing her arms. "I'm one of the best tutors out there,there is absolutely no way you've failed,"She sighed before continuing,

"Not with me." The delinquent couldn't hold back the grin that was forming on her face as she leaped onto her surprised girlfriend. "Of course I got into the same college as you!Aw man!I thought I got you!"She picked up Ningguang and twirled her around,the other female surprised at her action. At last,she put Ningguang down only to get a flick on her forehead. "Don't be so rash, we're in public." She reminded.

Hurriedly,she set Ningguang down and they looked around. Luckily no one was there. "Let's graduate together,Ning." Beidou smiled and  held out her pinky. Though Ningguang thought they were far too old to make pinky promises,she obliged with this action and intertwined their fingers together.

"Promise."
