Stephanie arrived at school on monday wearing a long sleaved pierce the veil shirt, black skinny jeans and her slipknot zip-up hoodie. She tried to disguise the bruises and cute that lay upom on her cheeks with concealer and foundation but it was still visable. she received more glares from more people than usual. It took her a while to realise that it was because of the cuts and bruises that sat upon her face.

She walked over to her locker and took her headphones out and placed them in her backpack, she opened her locker to take out her boook she needed for the day. Her arms still ached from struggling to get away from the two boys.
Jasmine wandered up to her friend and playfully punched her in the arm.

"Ow!" Stephanie yelped.

"Woah, what's up with you wuss?" Jasmine questioned as she tried to open up her locker. She took a second glance at her friend to notice a bruise on the side of her cheek. "Is that.. a.." Jasmine murmured as she went to touch her friends face.

Stephanie quickly grabbed hold her Jasmine's arm to stop her from touching her. "Don't fuss me okay ... yes its a bruise and I don't want to talk about it." she explained releasing her friends arm and slamming her locker door causing some people to stare and putting her backpack over her shoulder. As the girl turned her cheek her friend noticed the other side was cut but patched up with steri strips.

Jasmine's eyes widened as her gaze set upon the cut. "Are you sure you don't want to talk?"

"Yes, I'm sure!" she hissed. "Let's just go about the day like I don't have cuts on my face and I didn't go to the BOTDF concert. okay?"

"No need to be patronising."

"If you are gonna be pissy with me today, just fucking leave I am not in the mood for whiny people. Please respect my view and move on." Stephanie stormed off towards her Alex's classroom.

Stephanie made her way to Mr Gaskarth's classroom and knocked on the door before entering.

"Come in!" he called from inside.

She walked into the classroom to see Alex sat on a table with his accoustic guitar and a writing pad and pen placed at the side of him. He was looking down at the guitar and began to play a few simple cords and then proceeded to write something down in the pad. Steph sat down on a chair across from him dropping her bag onto the floor and folding her arms, she took off her hoodie and draped it onto the back of the chair.

"I thought we were supposed to kill our time together in school?" He questioned looking up at the Girl. He noticed the bruises on her face and his eyes widened. "What happened to your face?" he said putting his guitar on the table and walking over to her. he knelt down at the side of her so he was level to her height and observed her injuries.

As he knelt at the side of her Stephanie flinched and moved back slightly.
"Hey, sweetie I'm not gonna hurt you. What happened." he said softly to her.

The girl winced at the tone of his voice and jumped out of her seat. Alex frowned and stood up.

"Woah.. are you okay? have I done something to upset you?" He questioned.

"No.. it's not you.. I just.." Stephanie stuttered. She felt her eyes begin to fill with tears, she gulped and took a deep breath. 'There is no way I am going to cry infront of someone, especially Alex' she thought.

"What is it? C'mon Steph you can tell me anything, I'm gonna be here for you no matter what." Alex said reassuring her he held out his hand for Stephanie to take as he noticed she was slightly jumpy today.
