Whilst walking home Stephanie was listening to her 'cheer up' play-list with her phone in her hands. The play list consisted of 'feeling this' blink 182, 'Saturday' fall out boy and a tonne of panic at the disco songs. She hoped these songs would help change her mood, but she still felt the same; confused.
She had so many questions running through her mind. "Why did he want me to keep seeing me?"
"Why did I turn him down?"
"Was all what he said true?"
"Was there more to the stories about the other students?"
As Stephanie got to the corner of her street, she was too busy in her own thoughts and wasn't watching where she was going, and at the moment bumped into a girl from her school.
"Watch where you're going nerd!" The girl shouted, pulling Stephanie's headphones out as she did so.
"Whoa sorry, no need to get all angry and take my headphones out." Stephanie replied back fixing one back into her ear to continue listening to her music. "Oh its you." She said as she noticed who the girl was. Sara.
Sara was a girl that Stephanie didn't get a long too well with her because of her childish, jealous behaviour and her love for the duo, blood on the dance floor. It's not that she liked the music which bothered Stephanie, it was because she dismissed the bad things they had done. She had blonde her and often wore pink clip in hair extensions and loved to wear her make up similar to that of the lead vocalist. She also wore iluminous pink jeans and most of the time sported a 'BOTDF' shirt or anything bright and well... scene.
"What do you mean 'oh it's you'?" Sara questioned folding her arms.
"I just mean, it's you so I'm not surprised you ripped out my headphones and got aggressive."
Steph replied looking the girl up and down.
"I can see your judging me again." Sara said.
"How can I not? When you are dressed like... like that." Stephanie said as she gestured towards Sara.
"Ergh, there's nothing wrong with this look it's who I am." The girl said as she put her hands on her hips.
Steph cradled her face with her hand and shook her head and sighed.
"I don't have time for petty arguments Sara I have to get home." Steph replied walking away from the girl and placing the other headphone into her ear.
Sara frowned and walked in the opposite direction.

When Stephanie arrived home was took off her shoes and left by the front door as she didn't want to trail mud upstairs. She took her headphones out and placed them in the pocket of her jeans along with her phone.
As she was about to walk upstairs she heard her mother shout from the kitchen. "Steph darling is that you?"
"Yes mom it's me." Stephanie called back walking up the stairs . As she reached the top her mother walked to the bottom of the stairs.
"Where have you been?" She questioned. " you haven't been around to a boy's house have you?"
"No mom I haven't I went to drop off some school work at Jasmine's house as she wasn't in today." She replied sternly.
